"I had read very mixed reviews on web sites and expected the worst but very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was very clean and tidy, great food, nice pool and exceptional value for money ! Although some staff had difficulty with English - this was par with everywhere in Thailand - some were very good and all staff were pleasant and tried to help. The water was always hot, great views, although the hotel is away from the center of action and a bit hard to get to, the benefit is quietness. " - Steve Raine
"I have stayed in Patong many times and decided to try a new hotel. The hotel sits back from the main drag, so this may/may not suit some people. I stayed here in low season and the hotel was not busy, just the way I like it. The road up to the hotel is quite steep and not too inviting but the hotel is excellent and to be honest I could not fault it for anything. The staff, food, pool and price were excellent " - robina mclean
"Nice and clean hotel, rooms are big, well equipped and everything seems very new. Bed was a bit hard though. Friendly staff. A 100-150 bath tuk-tuk ride from the center of Patong town. Hotel provides a free shuttle bus every hour from 9 am to 6 pm (which is great because the tuk-tuk drivers will use every possible reason to rip your money). Please note hotel only accepts THB and will use bad exchange rate 1 USD = 35 Baht." - Anonymous
