Upon arrival, do NOT allow them to send you to their neighboring sister hotel, called "Pueblo Bonito Rose." It's LESS and WORSE, although they will claim it's all the same. We insisted on staying at Blanco and had to put up with a room change during our 7-night stay, but everything else was fine. I wish they had more respect for their guests at the front desk.
The Pueblo Bonito Blanco has a great location, its close, walk-able distance to the main town so convenient. The hotel is clean with friendly staff and a prime location on the Medano Beach. The view was fantastic. Looking out our patio we got a view of the beach, ocean and the Arch. The pool area was clean and well maintained as well as an ample amount of towels. The beach chairs were right along the hotel with staffing available to help you find some chairs to camp out and soak in some sun. Two reasons why I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the walls are thin. The noise from the hallway outside your door is extremely loud. Since we were on vacation we wanted to sleep in and were woken up at 2am with people coming back from the bars and clubs or at 5am with those early risers. The other reason for 4 stars is the timeshare presentations. After check-in avoid the desk on the other side of the check-in counter. It’s for the timeshare! They say it takes 90 minutes, it ends up taking about half you day and you have lost precious beach time.

Great accomodations, great service, great food, great drinks!
Very good location, beautiful beach, excellent staff. The only one thing: hotel really needs renovation...
We expected a lot from Pueblo Bonito after viewing the pictures and reading the reviews and it ended up surpassing our expectations by a long shot! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and kids said it was the best vacation spot of their lives and I have to agree. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. There are breathtaking views from every room. Our next vacation destiny will be Pueblo Bonito without a doubt!
Pueblo Bonito was a good value for the price. However, it lacked in places to eat and the restaurant prices seemed very high. I've been going to Mexico for 11 years and this trip the food was much more expensive than I've ever noticed before. I don't always want to sit at a table with tableclothes in Mexico of all places, what happened to the laid back cafe style places? This hotel did not have one. Too formal. It was very Americanized. We didn't eat once here, we walked to the beach restaurants for evey meal. As far as the hotel itself, it was clean and very lovely. One bartender in the outdoor bar was a bit short with me and the ladies in the hotel check in were not very helpful, however CARLOS was wonderful during our check out!
mostly good service some times slow mostly good. interne service price too high to use. all inclusive bands for meals and drinks are good price for what you get after you haggle their employees down on price. Lots of activities plan during the day.
Before booking this trip, I reviewed negative reviews for all resorts, then realized there was always someone complaining... I'd say this: nothing bad to say about this place, it is a sure bet for awesome relaxing vacation. Any issue was easily dealt with by the friendly staff. I admit that it was not high season (Oct 28-Nov2 2011), so maybe that helped? Please note that this place is definitely dominated by families and older couples (>40yr). My recommendation: take advantage of the timeshare presentation (even if you don't buy anything), at the end you get an awesome all-inclusive deal ($40/day for all-you-can-eat&drink). I am not 100% sure I'll go back to Cabo (there are better places on Earth), but if I were I'd go back to this resort!
