The people attending to us are courteous and quick in their service. Enjoyable and nice ambience. It's not far from Causeway and easy to find. Shopping Centres are nearby. Bus transport is also provided to go to the Premium Outlet. Food, esp at Qing Palace is very good.
Dear sir, i think you need to deploy more staff at the coffee house. when i was at the table for my breakfast no even 1 staff to clear all the left over plate and glasses at my table. it take abt 45 min for your staff to clear left over plates at my table. hope that this would not happen again in future. thanks
A nice place to stay, the room were quite spacious, shame about the damp staining on the bottom of the walls. I was surprised to see that most of the staff appeared to be local people, this is good to see. Too many hotels now rely on cheap foreign workers. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull, housekeeping standards could be better. On the whole a very good hotel.
Very spacious suite. Rooms are kept clean and neat. Very comforatable and cosy. Breakfast spread is average. Although the online booking form is quite confusing, the hotel reception is very professional and considerate in handling my booking and providing me with the necessary rooms I need.
A great stay with my hubby & son! we like the room which has a small living room & mini kitchen....it would be better if we were given one king size bed instead of twin beds.. Would like to enjoy cycling but too bad only single seater bike available, hopefully the hotel can consider to add double seater bike..Will come back again for a short & relaxing break..
The resort is ok. I got no problem checking in and out. It was a pleasant experience. The are a lot of nearby facilities like Jusco, Giant, restaurants and even cinema about 5 mins drive. But the driving signage to the resorts is non existence.
I can highly recommend the Anugura suites They are really nice and spacious and have been upgraded with flat screen TV and other little treets However the golf was poor, service poor. We were rained off both days not even completed 9 holes on either day and the only raincheck they would give was a nine hols on the sunday morning and we had to pay for buggy again. The course is a wonderful set out Trent Jones but neglected .It was supposed to be a special weekend for our wed anniversary but the attitude towards visitors was bad.
Rooms were not ready when we arrive. Housekeeping is very very slow. This is the second time the rooms were not ready. My previous visit was also the same. I paid for an additional bed and had to remind them 3 times before the bed came at night.
I have experienced good service throughout my stay. Made a decision to request for extra bed after 9pm and it was delivered within 10 minutes. It was a public holiday weekend and the hotel was fully booked. However, the crowd was very well managed, noticeably during the breakfast time. Staffs were attentive and responded to request swiftly.
Pulai Spring Resorts service personels are very friendly and helpful. They make customers feel welcomed.
The service provided by staff is first class. I will recommend Pulai Springs to my relatives and friends. I hope that the Pulai Springs in Desaru is just as good.
Good Short Getaway for Singaporean. I believe that its service should be good . but during our stay, there were 2 Weddings and thus many guests . thus I believe have affect their services a little. But overall, Enjoy my stay with my family n friends at pulai Spring Resort:)
The property is located quite far away from JB. Agree with the lush greenary when we arrived... and the 2-tier security check point make us feels good. Especially the first tier, very professional and disciplined look. :) Arrived and queue up at 3pm for check-in. Was told the room is not ready. Asked to leave behind mobile phone number and will call us when ready. We spent time in the pool (nice) and sports centre. Already 6.30pm but we have not heard from reception and kids are tired. Went to reception to ask and was given the room. Guess it was ready but they are too busy to inform us. Room was nice (not very big though). Extra bed ordered did not arrive. We chased for at least 5 times and only came at about 9pm at night (faint)! Breakfast was so so... nice break away from city but may not come back again... definitely not during peak season... they just can't handle.
Very good service. Has free internet. Gave a "surprise" on our first night, setting up a romantic atmosphere in the room, with scents and candles. The facilities are lacking though. It's more appropriate for golfers as there's a nice golf course surrounding the resort.
Very country-like surrounding away from the bustling town. Yet it is minutes away from town area where you can dine & shop without any hassle. Accommodation are very comfortable with very modern facilities.
Me & my wife had a pleasant 2nights stay at Pulai Spring Resort, was a lovely get away for both of us. We were very happy with the services, the meals, surrounding & atmosphere. We love to visit again with our children in the near future. we too would highly recommend to our family n friends to visit Pulai Spring Resorts.
The place was really nice with excellent facilities, you could just stay there for a week and not go out if you wanted to. Just watch out for the extra charges and fees, they are not all spelled out in the information materials when you get there.
The location of the hotel is excellent. That is in the midst of a golf course. Excellent golf course views from some of the room.
The hotel is apartment style, very spacious room, clean, new, cosy .. we were very happy staying there. However, when we asked for extra blanket, the hotel said no extra blanket but gave us bedsheet.
Cleanliness: All good mostly because its new - 5 mths. Except the floor WAS dusty, inline with a previous review & there WERE spots on my sheets on day one. (they were changed the next day). little spots. not a show stopper. The toilet and everything else was immaculately clean. Facilities earned an average because the sports + rec center was open to locals n very (too)well utilised. It was like going to your own local sports facility complete with screaming pee-ing children even in the sauna / steam area. The massage was average. The hotel pool was closed. All the renovation going on reduced the ambience quite a bit. Apart from the sports and rec area, there aren't much other places to be if you don't golf. Service was excellent. Sports & Rec staff Wally and Fathi were warm, courteous and went out of their way to help. They really made us feel welcome. The front desk staff Nazri was also really obliging. All round the crew, even housekeeping and restaurant staff were brilliant.
