Getting there:PULLMAN PUTRAJAYA LAKESIDE :If coming from the airport, head north via the Elite Highway (NKVE). Take the Putrajaya and Cyberjaya exit, then proceed in the direction of Putrajaya International Convention Centre at Precinct 5. The hotel is located opposite the Convention Centre. If coming from Kuala Lumpur, head south via the Kuala Lumpur Putrajaya Expressway and turn left after the Putrajaya tollgates. Head towards Putrajaya International Convention Centre at Precinct 5, the hotel is located opposite opposite to the Convention Centre.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The first night we arrived, we were informed that there was no wifi in the section of the hotel we were in, so they moved us the following night into another section of the hotel where there was wifi. The room was very clean and the hotel staff provided excellent service. We had a problem with the drain in our room and they immediately came up and fixed it. There are two restaurants at the resort - We mostly ate at B's. They just hired a new chef and it seemed like he did not know the ingredients and the dishes that were on the menu!! After a few days, we spoke with the restaurant manager to explain the situation and they immediately rectified the situation. No problems after that. The location of the hotel is far from Kuala Lumpur, although the hotel does offer free shuttles to and from the city. It was nice that the hotel had an outdoor pool as well!!
A good out-of- town getaway from hustle busle of the city. Need to have transport, if not it will be difficult to move around.
Excellent hotel, it is a bit out of the main Putrajaya area but if you have your own car then it's worth the drive there (only a couple of minutes by car), lovely hotel in a lovely location.
