Getting there:Car - Coming from Melbourne City Centre. Follow the signs to Westgate bridge, cross the Westgate Bridge, turn left onto Williamstown Road and follow this to Ferguson Street - turn left into Ferguson Street and the property is located at the bay-end of the street.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open daily from 7am to 8pm. If you would like to check in after this time please advise us at the time of booking and we will advise you of the late check in procedure.
Car parking:Free car parking is available on site. Please contact reception on arrival.
Child Policy:Extra guest charge is $45 per night.
Overall, location and facilities were good. However, we were somewhat disappointed in the service, for example, the floors weren't cleaned during our week's stay, nor was there any replenishment of tea, coffee etc.
Very convenient and well situated. The bed was very comfortable! The car parking was a real benefit. I will stay again and look for special rates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punt Hill Williamstown and can highly recommend it. Location was great and staff very friendly. Will definetly like to stay again.
Excellent apartment style rooms with balcony, kitchenette/lounge/bedroom, modern, new, very clean, and underground carparking. Right in the heart of Williamstown with restaurants, cafes, retail and supermarket in the vicinity. Just a short 15 minute drive to Melbourne city, or ferry ride from the pier or by train. Will be staying there again.
Great funky place to stay at Williamstown. Have a holiday by the beach near pubs, clubs and restaurants

The suite was brand new, we were the first occupants, however everything worked and was of excellent quality. The location is perfect for access to restaraunts and the city.
