Centrally located apartments in Melbourne CBD. Comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space in apartment. Don't eat at the cafe next door as there are hundreds of cafes within a 50 metre walk that want your custom and serve good food. Front desk is helpful, courteous. I booked a car spot in their parking area. I would advise against doing that as I spent 5 minutes trying to get my car back out of the car park, seriously not for the faint hearted but maybe those who own a Nissan Micra. There are a couple of car parks located nearby that charge 16 dollars a day that are easy to get into and get out of. Overall a good experience and a nice spot to be in. Could be noisy for some, so I would recommend asking for a higher floor when booking. For the price it was very good value.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable bed. Amenities good. The only negative was the party other guests on my floor decided to have in the corridor on the last night.

The one bedroom apartment was a good size and nicely furnished. Double-glazing would have helped with the traffic noise off Flinders Lane.

The best Location within Melbourne and I will be staying here next time I am there.

We love the location of this little apartment hotel so much, it is unbeatable! It is close to many gorgeous laneways and cafes, you may never leave Flinders Lane!! The hotel has recently undergone a much needed facelift. The rooms are a good size and it is always a bonus getting an ironing board and iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Just be careful of the rooms next to the lifts they are noisy and the street noise can be a factor too if you are on a lower floor. We stay here regularly for good value and convenience!

Central location: walk, tram or train to most attractions. Friendly staff. Would recommend for value for money.

Very well located hotel, one bedroom accommodation very good - clean and up to date. The warning about street noise I read in another review beforehand however was accurate. Insist on a room on a higher floor unless you are oblivious to the sound of breaking glass and garbage trucks at 4:45 - 5:00 am each day. The location was excellent for my purposes but I had to walk around with circles under my eyes when I didn't arrive with them. Concealer and eye cream did almost nothing to disguise the lack of sleep.

Very central to Melbourne CBD. Close to many restaurants, railway station, a short walk to South Bank and Crown Casino. Clean and functional rooms. Located on a lane/minor road so not subject to major traffic noise. Parking available underneath, BUT don't expect to get a larger vehicle in or out easily. The car park access is via a very small lane and VERY tight access/exit. My Toyota Landcruiser exited with about 50mm to spare either side! Very comfortable beds. Electric blankets fitted - great for a Melbourne winter. For a short stay - 7 out of 10.

Brilliant location and the rooms were nice. Stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned even though they are supposedly serviced everyday. And one thing I really loathe is thin small sandpaper-like towels. It is a shame because the towels were also stained and give an impression of a poor budget hotel....this is in fact a lovely place to stay, but some areas need to be improved.

This hotel has an amazing location! Recently refurbished, it is comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff are always helpful and polite. Some rooms can be a little noisy at night, best to have a room on a high floor away from the lifts.

Spent 3 days in a Studio room at the Punthill Apartments and really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the apartment was very comfortable and warm. Great location, very central to everything and heaps of great places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay here again.
