Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Street noise on a Saturday night can be heard right up on the 6th floor.

We had three nights here and found it great. The location was fantastic for us, right in the heart of China Town, lots of fantastic eating place near by and easy walking distance (2 blocks) to the tourist tram. We walked to the QV Markets this took about 20 minutes. The facilities in the room were exactly what we were looking for our stay. We would stay again. Some people have said it can be quite noisy and I could understand why, the street is quite busy. We were on Level 6 and didn't have a problem with noise.

Punthill in the heart of Chinatown had everything & economy- proximity to everything in central Melbourne & transport connections to anywhere; friendly and helpful staff, pool, gym, great rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Apartment, Excellent location, Clean, Roomy, to be picky the only thing I would love is some better light in the bedroom for reading, other than that excellent value for money

Great location. Easy walking distance to footy stadiums plus Queen Victoria Markets. The local restaurants regularly throw glass bottles into big wheelee bins during the evening which are located in a small laneway next to hotel. This made it a bit noisey on occasions. Saturday early morning had some idiot crying and kicking one of the bins for a length of time. Reception very helpful and cleaning crew very cheerful.

Well located accomodation in the heart of china town, 2 bed apartments are actually 2 totally seperate apartments (1 slightly larger than the other) with seperate bathrooms etc. they are next door to each other.

Quite a good apartment, however the bed was awful (room 502). Too soft and it dipped in the middle. Fortunately we only had one night there. Also, there wasn't a dining table in the room (the brochures show one).

Punthill is in Chinatown ideal for lovers of Chinese food and convenient to most city sights, about 200metres to the tram if heading out of town and walking distance to everywhere in city. The studio apartment has more space than a hotel room for reasonable price.We have already recommend to our friends.

These apartments are very good maintained to a high standard, the beds are very comfortable and within walking distance of fine dinning most of Melbourne's best attractions

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with laundry, kitchen and seating area. It is conveniently located close to transport, CBD shopping, theatres and many excellent restaurants (we didn't use the kitchen). The decor is tasteful and the reception staff were very helpful. A good experience in every way.

I must say that the stay was very enjoyable. The location is definitely its biggest draw card. It is only a few blocks from the CBD, it is right in the middle of Chinatown and it is only a short walk to the MCG. The rooms are pretty good too. We had a studio which was slightly larger than an average motel room but the bathroom was very large. Our room fronted a laneway which didn't give a city view but it certainly wasn't a bad thing. We certainly didn't get a problem with too much street noise. The service desk people were very helpful. I would definitely stay again it was certainly worth the money.

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms good size with all you would want although 'kitchen area' in studo a bit small and could do with a bigger sink to wash up in. Walking distance to most Melbourne has to offer and handy to free 'bus and tram. Would stay there again.

All staff that I encounted were friendly and helpful, ensuring that stay was hassel free. The room was well appointed, clean and tidy. The only problem I had was with the bathroom door which had trouble opening and closing as it jammed slightly. Apartment was right in the middle of Melbourne, close to all services and very well priced. Is definitly on the list to stay there again.

We were there for just the one night but we enjoyed the facilities and the location being right in Chinatown. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Very convenient location right in the heart of the city within walking distance of thertres, shopping, and restaurants. Spacious apartment, good facilities and friendly helpful concierge.We would use again when in Melbourne.

All the 3 people we delt with behind the front desk were great. Helpful, friendly and made the hotel seem so much better than what it was.
