it's a nice and sufficient and efficient venue. most of the staffs have been useful. i only wish the staff regarding the skybus service can be more pro-active. all in all, a nice stay and the location is king.
The hotel apartments are well located in the centre of Melbourne, although the view from the rooms is nothing to write home about. The rooms themselves are well appointed. A negative is there is a charge for internet. The rooms could use a proper vacuuming.

The main attraction of this property is the proximity to the Tennis Centre. However that wouldn't be enough to tempt me to stay again. Some aspects of the service were very good, others less so. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient with a printed schedule for the tennis each day. The apartment was reasonably clean but the light fittings had a deep layer of dust. Two washed mugs left out to dry went missing and were later discovered in the dishwasher which had just been put through a full washing cycle. In these days of being water wise this is an extravagent waste of water. The now or never offer of housekeeping at 08.45am on a Saturday morning was a bit rough. The apartment was adequately equipped and the convenience of having a washing machine would be great if they actually supplied any laundry powder. After 4 days I still couldn't get the air-conditioning to work despite following the written instructions. The suite and especially the bedroom became very hot and stuffy.
Stayed a week in a 2 bedroom apartment (701). The unit is spacious, clean and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equiped and all appliances worked. Daily housekeeping service, fresh towels and bedsheets. Staff were courteous and efficient. All our enquiries & requirements were attended to promtly. Only complaint was room internet was faulty. Excellent location, near tram stops and taxi ranks. Would certainly stay again on next visit.

This was a great place to stay in Melbourne - close to everything and a really comfortable and clean apartment with everything needed for a holiday - short or long.
I would highly recommend Punthill Manhattan Apartments. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean with a full kitchen which was great for a longer stay. very close to the MCG. short walk to the mall and shops. there was a tram stop close by. Our apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made, excellent!
A great place to stay if you are out and about - bit tricky lugging luggage up stairs into the foyer (no ramps). Recommended for holiday rather than business.
Conveniently located in the city, close to transport, sights and the business district. I would definitely stay here again.
great spacious appartment with great facilities
Very well equipped room, a lot of space for a one bedroom apartment. Having an actual bedroom not just a curtain separating living area was a great convenience. A few too many stains would suggest some new carpets were in order. Being next door to a car park complex could be a problem if your a light sleeper. Internet cost a lot more then expected. Overall very good service, convenient apartment, with a very modern trendy vibe. Located on flinders lane and close to everything Melbourne has to offer. Will be staying here in again in the future.
We were upgraded on check in. Apartment was run down a little. However had pleasant stay. Quiet yet convenient to city and theatre's.
This is a great place to stay in Melbourne. It's spotless, chic and well-maintained. Allan at Reception was very helpful and friendly. Very convenient location - close to everything, Flinders Station, trams, Federation Square and a host of cafes and restaurants. There is an IGA Xpress and a Subway restaurant at the corner. We truly got good value for money. Will stay here again in my next trip to Melbourne.
I have stayed here many times, but this was the most disappointing. Unfortunately, like flying, by paying for the room via [this website] and not paying the rack rate, the room allocation is getting worse each time and this time i was on the ground floor, looking into the car park (and having people walking along the car park walkway looking into my room). Apart from the privacy issues (there is only a black shade out blinds and no curtains to draw), the lighting is poor and without any natural light , it was actually better to sit on my bed and work than to do so from the desk, kitchen or lounge area. As these apartments are privately owned, it is up to the owner to upgrade them each year and there is no consistency of quality in the fit outs.
Well located in the business end of Melbourne close to cafes, transport, attractions etc. Very open with minimalist decor, unfortunately the king (aka 2 single0 bed was more than firm, it was just short of rock hard.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was clean and fresh and had every facility we needed for an overnight stay. We parked next door in a multi storey carpark for $16 per day. Although the apartment wasn't very large it was more than adequate and well located. We would stay here again.
Ideal place for a short family holiday to see the sights of Melbourne.Very comfortable accommodation close to everything you need.
the room was a little outdated but I think there were more recently renovated rooms. It is a non-smoking hotel however the hallways reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The mattress was very old and had springs coming thru despite that the best part about my stay at this hotel was how dark the rooms were and how quiet the location is I had lots of long sleep ins.
