"the room was a little outdated but I think there were more recently renovated rooms. It is a non-smoking hotel however the hallways reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The mattress was very old and had springs coming thru despite that the best part about my stay at this hotel was how dark the rooms were and how quiet the location is I had lots of long sleep ins. From the airport take the Tullamarine freeway to Footscray road, follow this to Flinders Street. Turn left into Spring Street, turn left into Flinders Lane (please note this is a one way street), Punt Hill Manhattan will be on your left opposite Collins Place Entrance. Approximate driving time is 30-40 minutes and distance is 30 kilometres from the airport.
