Fantastic location - ideal for shopping, cafes, etc, and very close to all forms of public transport. Rooms were old and dated (I think that the photos on the website must be of the newer, but less conveniently located, apartments on Punt Rd). Rooms were very clean, but quite tired with old bathrooms and kitchens. Not a "fancy" place but perfect if you just want a clean place to stay close to all the attractions of South Yarra.

With this property you really get what you pay for. The location was probley the best part of it. Great for a short stay where you wont be spending that much time in your room.
Very good location and quiet. Overall it was fine. The bathroom needs updating and the bed was very firm. Unfortunately the cleaners had sprayed the room with a strong chemical smelling room deodorant which was unpleasant. John and Averil
Clean,close to shops and places to eat. Taxi services are quick and always around. Will go back,and recomend this for a cheap and chearful accom.

The receptionist was very kind to tell us about the nice things too see in the area of and this is very handy when you're a total stranger in a foreign country. If we plan to go to Melbourne this hotel will be "the place to be."

cosy and cute! We loved the apartment, and thought it was in the best spot in Melbourne! Close to some of the best shopping and best cafes. And of course, around the corner from Chapel Street!
Overall our stay was pleasant. Some cooling (even a fan) would have made our stay even better. The staff were very friendly and helpful and location was perfect right near Sth Yarra train station.
Staff were extremely friendly and very willing to offer advice in regards to sightseeing and other activities.
