"Location great. Actual accomodation conditions not great. Very old, no noise insulation - extremely noisey guests asking each other to turn TV's down. Mouldy bathroom - not serviced in three day stay. No information folder in apartment outlining local services, attractions, emergency numbers or update on Melbourne's tourist attractions.
