Puri Santrian Hotel Denpasar

Almost everything is very good standard for the price except the standard room we stayed was a bit old especially the bath room. Outside facilities are superb. Cozy and stylish atmostphere. The restaurants were very good in terms of food quality and service and reasonably price. I would go back there again.

We thought the Hotel was beautiful, the service excellent and the hotel staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. We requested a kingsize bed and ground floor room, which they supplied. The hotel was very full of European people. My only concern was there was no non smoking section in the restaurant and we had to suffer people smoking whilst eating. Otherwise it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to go there again.

I always stay in the Santrian Club suites so these are of a much higher standard than the regular rooms, plus a slightly higher rate. I have stayed in the regular rooms and after the Club suites will never go back..you can't beat the 'extras' you get for being in these ones. Have stayed with the Puri for 3 years running now (& once at the sister hotel [hotel name]) and find them a great hotel group. Hard to find comparable in Sanur..

Good hotel, some minor downsides: Beach wasn't great - poor narrow sand strip. Go upstairs for breakfast - the toasters don't work downstairs - also saw a rat dropping in the downstairs breakfast area one morning, but that's probably inevitable in Bali! Sanur is pleasant but very quiet. Pay the extra for the "Santrian Club" rooms if you can, they are very pleasant - we stayed in both the Club and beach rooms, around a diving trip.

Just fantastic! Stayed there 2 times, and enjoyed both of them.

Beautiful beach location and communal facilities (pools, restaurants, gardens, spa etc) but guest rooms very simply furnished and weak aircon made the rooms a bit hot. A good choice depending on the rate you get but there is better value elsewhere

Puri Santrian was a good hotel but the alleged club room wasn't quite as exclusive as advertised. Superb location. Lovely big room with a very comfortable huge bed. Great location on the beach. Breakfasts were outstanding. Would stay again.
