Inner City boutique complex offering luxury motel style accommodation on an intimate scale. Located opposite the Tauranga Domain, most of the 21 spacious suites are north facing with private balconies or terraces, all rooms have kitchenettes, microwave oven, ceiling fans, direct dial phone, mini bars, iron and ironing board, work stations and data points, Sky TV, hairdryer and clock radio. Fast ADSL internet. Most units are now with Air-conditioning and with all American imported solid oak furniture.

Getting there:From The North: Take the city centre exit on the motorway entrance to Tauranga, turn left at the traffic lights at Elizabeth Street and then onto Cameron Road. We are approxmately 1.2 KM down the road on the right hand side and right next to the Court House and opposite the Domain

Good location and within walking distance of the main shopping area and eating places. Clean & tidy and room sercvice each day was appreciated. Parking in the basement was a bit tight at times. Would stay again.
Had all the facilities we needed and an excellent location. Good value for money, would stay here again anytime.
The apartment was reasonably comfortable if you like hard beds. At least it was quite - no noisy fridge to unplug in order to get a good night's sleep and no traffic noise. Pool was great. Cleanliness in shower cabinet could be upgraded. Having worked in the hospitality industry the first thing to catch my eye was the build up of soap scum on the glass at the bottom.
A pleasant place to stay. Close to the main shopping and eating area so no driving was required. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent parking.

Quality hotel close to centreof town. Large rooms with balcony. Needs a little update on the balcony, but otherwise fine. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful.

Hotel price was too costly in my opinion
This was the second time I staid at the Puriri Park Hotel (was there last year for the Georgie Fame Concert) and I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the underground garage offers easy and very safe parking, and the location is perfect, in a quiet street, with the park across the road, yet very close (5mn walk) to the water front and busy city centre with all restaurants, cafes and Jazz Fest venues nearby. I will return any time I am back in Tauranga.

Friendly and helpful people. A good standard of a accommodation at a reasonable rate.
Good points: Close to city centre, bars restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff. Bad: Overpriced (without a discount), check minibar as items had been drunk & replaced, a NZ$1500 fee if you set the smoke alarm off whilst using the cooking facilities provided for you, make sure you get the room you paid for (not a lesser quality one) & generally a little drab.

Excellent facilities available - the underground secure parking is a bonus! The room was cosy and the king-sized bed was comfortable and spacious for the three of us to share (2 adults + a 3 year old). Even though the outside was cold, the room itself wasn't. Location was handy to restaurants, takeaways and the city centre. The underground parking was easily accessed using the lift, and so there's no need to lug heavy luggage up flights of stairs. Highly recommended! We'll be staying in this place again when we go back to Tauranga.

Very good hotel, small and cosy, perfect location - very central - yet nice and quite (opposite the park), and the underground parking is a bonus. I will definitely stay there anytime I'm in Tauronga.
Great little hotel.All the facilities in room were well maintained and very clean. Excellent location with easy walking to the waterfront cafes and restaurants. One small neg was parking the car at night we drove into the secure downstairs car park to find no space available so had to double park.
