The hotel is extraordinary well located in Puerto Banus, at walking distance from the marina, beach, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping centre. The hotel consist of 3 buildings, with an excellent standard of constuction in andalucian style with subtropical gardens. All 3 buidings are linked at reception. The rooms are large and bright studios consisting of a combined living and sleeping room with 2 single beds and 1 or 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, full en-suite bathroom and terrace. All studios have direct dail telephone, satelite TV., piped music, air conditioning from June to September and heating from November till February. Towels and linen are changed every 3 days. Other hotel services are: Outdoor swimmingpool, one for adults one for children, cafeteria, Golf Bar (Golf season only), Golf Desk, internet access through payterminals, tennis and paddle tennis (payable localy).

Getting there:At Malaga airport follow the signs Algeciras / Cadiz to get onto the dual carriage way heading west. Before you reach Torremolinos, take the motorway to Algeciras / Cadiz. When you get near Fuengirola, you can take the toll road (a7) or the coastal road (n340). Keep driving on either road till Marbella. Once in Marbella, stay on the coastal road (n340) until you come to the second exit of Puerto Banus. You will see the hotel on your left handside before exiting. From Gibraltar airport follow the signs to the n340 direccion of San Roque. You can follow the coastal road (n340) to Puerto Banus or the toll road (a7) till Estepona and than carry on on the n340. Take the first exit for Puerto Banus. You will see the hotel on your left handside.

Car parking:The hotel offers carpark at 11.00 euros per day. The car park cannot be booked in advance. It can only be booked upon arrival at recepion.

While the rooms are not fancy high-end, the total package is a fantastic deal.
Location location location !If you want a hotel that is central to everything but not noisy this hotel is for you. The hotel is predominatley made up of a young crowd and is in walking distance of the shops, beaches and bars. (so no need for taxi's) The rooms are more than adequate and very clean, the pool is lovely and well maintained and you can always find a spot even if it is in the landscaped gardens. There is food and drink available in the hotel but there are plenty of places close by to suit everyones tastes. The bars and clubs are excellent although it did seem busier Thursday through to Sunday. (but that may have been because we went a little early in the season) Be prepared to spend some serious money on drinks!... All in all this is a great hotel in a great town.
Rooms need modernisation, the fact that no Electric Kettle or Microwave are supplied in the Kitchenette is a big drawback, especially as we had a baby in our party.

Basic but clean accomodation, the average type of quest, very lively and entertaining. perfect for large or small groups but maybe not ideal for a couple. In comparison to the rest of resort, the bar prices were quite reasonable. This is the second time, we (group) have stayed at the hotel for a weekend, would stay again.
Location is really good and the hotel is clean. Not a wide variety of food to chose from around the pool area and can be a little noisy as its situated next to the main road. In need of some music or life around the pool. Internet facility is good though!
Price and location makes this hotel ideal. Facilties within the hotel are ok such as 2 pools, pool side restaurant + cafeteria + breakfast room. Room has fridge + kitchenette. Staff are very polite and helpful. Good for families but can be noisy at night as groups of men/woman stay at hotel, go partying and come back late night.
Excellent location. Only complaint being the lack of staff on reception, when we arrived only one person was checking guests in despite the fact that there was a long queue waiting.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the Hotel is located right in the heart of everything.
The hotel is very central for restaurants, port and shoping.It also has a garage. It's a bit shabby, but the prices are based on that so you accept it. Personal is kind and helpful. It's quite noisy, but still I go there a couple of times per year. For me: value for money
The 'apartments' are basic but large and clean. The biggest factor in its favour is cost, it is very cheap compared with other hotels in the area. The really big downside, and it is a big one, is that the hotel is located right next to the motorway and the constant noise from the traffic both around the pool and at night drives you crazy!

For a budget hotel I was really impressed with every aspect of the hotel, in particular the breakfasts were excellent and were served with a care and attention to detail that I have not recieved in more expensive hotels. I will definately use this hotel again as a base for my Golfing holidays.
We found the hotel to be very presentable with helpful staff. It's location made access to the harbour and surrounding shopping area very convenient.
Clean and tidy, in an excellent location not far from the beach, shops and nightlife. The hotel was reasonably well priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Puerto Banus, Marbella.
Very nice hotel in ther centre of Puerto Banus. Only 5 minutes walk from the port. Big bright rooms with roomy terraces. Internet access in the lobby, pool, tennis court and breakfast available. You get your moneys worth! We were pleasantly surprised.
Great Hotel for low cost, close to everything, cheap and cheerful. Will stay again in the future.
Lovely hotel, nice pool area, clean rooms,very conveniently located. 5 mins from beach and 5 mins walk from main shopping area. Huge supermarket nearby, lots of nice places to eat out.
PYR was a very enjoyable stay i would go back any day it is right in the heart of everything which we loved so much, the only thin we would of like more was cooking facilities like a microwave but otherwise we managed well thankyou i would give you 9 1/2 out of 10
