"The staff is very friendly and when we had a problem with running water from the ceiling in our bathroom they sent a handyman to check the problem (twice, because he didn't understand what was wrong the first time) and then when it turned out to be the apartment above that was causing the problem, the hotel gave us another room. The pool bar is a little bit expensive and it closes at 6 pm, but if you decide to bring your own beer there is no problem in doing so. Conclusion: we have stayed at this hotel two years ago also and it was just as nice then as it was this time! The hotel is worth the money!" - Anonymous
"Good place to go if you want to go to the beach. It's only a short walk to the beach in either direction (5 minutes max). Hotel was midrange, no real bells or whistles, nothing real state-of-the-art about it. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a pool to layout by. Good price for being so close to the beach, also near a lot of restaurants, bars/clubs, shopping, and the bus & train stations are no more than 10 minutes away." - Anonymous
"the apartment was very close to the beach, the kitchenette was tiny and there was building work very close by but with the window shut you couldnt hear it, the room did smell very damp and musty, but it was practically the last room avialable in fuengirola " - Anonymous

BY CAR :
On leaving the Airport , follow the signs Algeciras/Cadíz to get onto the dual carriageway heading west, before you reach Torremolinos take the motorway N-340 to Algeciras/Cadíz. When you approach Fuengirola you can take the coastal dual carriage way (toll free).
BY TAXI:
A taxi from Malaga airport to the Hotel PYR Fuengirola costs approximately 30,00 euros and the travel time is 20 minutes.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
A public Train runs from Malaga airport to Fuengirola
At the airport tickets have to be bought on the bus and cost 4,00 euros. the travel time is 40 minutes.
