Great location, great building, staff service at the front desk was ordinary

Great apartment. Very clean & tidy. Nice & modern. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean view room - so roomy and had everything !! Highly recommend this hotel. Only down fall - maybe stay out of school holidays as spa etc was very busy so not so relaxing !!

Great apartments. Spacious modern with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly. Only downside for a luxury hotel was no plasma tv but the rest made up for it!

Best apartment I've ever stayed in

The resort was first class. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient. It is in a great location close to the shopping district and the beach. At the rates given by hotel club it would have to be the best deal on the coast.

My hubby and I stayed at Q1 from 13-17 September 2010 with my 2 kids and 2 grandparents. We were given level 47 ocean view and the view from the top is awesome! First thing first when we checked in, my 2 kids ran to the bay window to enjoy the paranomic view. Cleanliness is average and the only setback is their king size bed is a combination of 2 single beds. I have my doubts when I first booked the apartment especially after reading all the negative reviews. However, I did not regret staying here as the views we had be it day or night is really awesome. Front desk is helpful and you can get all the world's entrance tickets via Q1, cutting on the queuing time. And if you need some bite, they have sumptuous pizza on the ground floor with free delivery to your unit too. :)

We stayed here for a 3 night weekend, it was a great location and fantastic views! We have a toddler so the apartment we had was perfect as there was a huge space for him to run around and have fun! It was clean and the service was great, we even got a free upgrade from a 2 bedder to a 3 bedder! Enjoy your stay and make the most of the fantastic facilities.

fantastic. Only thing that was odd was the fact they had the old TV's but hey who watches TV when they are on holidays anyway.

Awesome just try it you will love it

We stayed in a 3 bedroom skyrise and was amazed when we walked in the views were breathtaking.. The rooms were great the Master bedroom was spectacular. I would highly reccommend this property to anyone.

The hotel was nice overall. The only negatives we found were the beds to be very hard and not very comfortable, we did not receive a doona on either bed just a sheet and a thin blanket and only one pillow per person with no spares. Also the indoor spa was very rough and the sauna's were through each sex toilet so i couldnt have a sauna with my husband, so the facilities were not used to their fullest.

My son and I thought our apartment was okay- not great. The location was perfect. The couches could do with replacing ( they had stains on them ), the apartment didn't feel exceptionally clean. The in house staff were great, but the front reception staff were not very helpful and there was one female who was rude and abrupt. On arrival they asked me for my credit card and charged the deposit amount without even explaining how much it would be. I had to ask them . As it turns out I didn't get my deposit back on my card until 2 weeks after I checked out. We wouldn't stay there again it was really dissapointing.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was beautiful. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The furniture was a bit worn, but they are starting to upgrade the apartments. Will stay there again.

Our stay was very enjoyable, close to most shops and within walking distance to lots of eateries.

The location is perfect. The rooms were big, we were on the 39th floor. The one thing I did not like was that the double bed was 2 singles zipped together and they were not level, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The reception staff from when I checked in to when I left was very cold and unhospitable. When you asked them something specific, they advised it was not there responsibility. There was a card left on my windscreen of my car advising that I was parked in an illegal park. When I asked the reception staff about this they advised me that it was security and they had nothing to do with it. When I told them that I was parked where they told me to park they said I did not display the voucher I was given when I checked in. I told them that I would have if I was given the voucher. This is typical of the staff at the reception.
