Stayed 4 nights in a 'superior' room. The standard room I had last time was far more superior. No TV in the bedroom this time, cleanliness was average, expected a view or a higher floor for a superior room, unable to open washing machine lid as dryer placed directly on top - who was the idiot that did that? The crockery was all mismatched bits and pieces. Have stayed a couple of times before but probably wouldn't stay again. There are better hotels around for this price. Excellent location though opposite Roma St Transit Centre.

The staff were very obliging and courteous. The location, opposite Roma Street Station, but only a couple of minutes walk to the CBD, was very convenient. Only negative would be the rooms are a little tired, as in there is some furniture in need of repair, but it was clean. Would have been better if the TV reception was better. But overall very happy.

Pricing was good but definitely not a 4 star establidhment. Rooms were very dated. Had to stand in the bath to have a shower and there was nothing in there to stop you slipping. My wife has very bad arthritus and found it extremely hard to get in and out of shower.Was advertised as having a spa but reception told us that it has not been usable for over a month at least

Starting to get a little run down, rooms need makeover, tiles chipped,lights not working, noisy aircon, old TV's

When we arrived the front balcony door lock was broken. It was fixed the next day. However the lights in the bath room were a night mare, some times they would work and other times not. Some times it come on and then fade out after about five minutes. We did mention it, but it wasn't fixed. Other wise we enjoyed our stay.And we would stay again. Thank you.

A most enjoyable stay. Such a convenient position in relation to the Railway. We will be back.

I stayed at the hotel as I received a good discount on the original price. The service is lacking as are the bathrooms with respect to quality. The rooms are clean and reasonably modern. Good location if you after the transit centre or Police Station, otherwise its a bit of a walk to the city center.

Stayed here for 4 nights and was booked at the last minute - very impressed. The room was good, the facilities fair - location is good (provided you like the Roma St/Milton CBD area) . The only downside I have is I had a late check-in and the desk was closed. I also requested a fold-out bed which wasnt there when we arrived, but this was addressed within 2 hours.

Dishwasher did not work. Good location close to transport and walking distance to casino & Queen street Mall.

Great location close to transport and cafes. Room has all facilities and is spacious however the walls are not sound proof and the TV from ajoining room could be heard in my room. If you want a bed for the night after a big day out then this is just fine!However if you are looking for a hotel where you would spend alot of time in your roo... its not the place

Location is across the road from transit centre but on the 7 floor there was no problem with noise and I think if I was on the 1 floor it may not have been a problem. Room was OK but some areas of decoration needed a bit attention. I would stay there again, it is walking distance to restaurants and town.

Basic furniture & fittings, but clean and it had a spacious living area. It was handy to have a washing machine & dryer in the apartment. It was very close to the train station, but not noisy.

Very old .apparently they are refurbishing but my room needed a lot of work done. very basic furniture only 3 star. Spa was green and had been out of order for some time. Position was very central and handy to transport

We were quite disappointed. Although the location was great, that is the only good thing we have to say about it. Furniture was the cheapest quality and minimal. Same for TV. We were there 6 days before they came in even to change the towels - 'Easter Weekend'. (but I bet there were people there to prep rooms for new guests!). There was internet but at $27.50 Aussie $ per day, it was ridiculous! I would never stay there again unless free wireless internet was included. And....garbage truck picking up huge metal garbage containers at 5:00 a.m. every morning!!! Next year, when we return to Brisbane, I will stay at the Holiday Inn across the road!

Comfortable and clean and was what i was seeking

very good location, close to train, shops , short walk to the city, clean and comfortable, would use again

Apartments well appointed, clean and quite spacious.... some building construction underway at the moment which made it reasonably noisy, otherwise, very good

The good thing about this hotel is it is directly opposite the Roma St transit centre where you can catch both trains and buses which makes it an excellent location for any one using public transport.The apartments are high rise but have good lifts available. They are equipped with a small kitchenette so you can do your own cooking if you wish, but you have to be careful not to set off the smoke alarm which I found very scary otherwise you get slugged with a $1000 fine for a false alarm. I found the apartment to be clean and tidy with a small balcony. The apartments do not have any restaurants or drinking bars and is only staffed until about 9pm so you have to be very careful with your entry card otherwise you can't get in after hours.There are lots of eating places all around as you are in the city and you can buy train tickets to the airport from reception very convenient for any one using this service. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again next time I am in Brisbane.

lovely place will stay again, only thing that trouble was roma street traffic noises but you get that every where i guess
