Excellent Hotel one of the best i've ever been in.

Lovely hotel and location. Not suitable for disabled guests due to many steps especially to beach. Staff very helpful and friendly I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in all respects but make sure you go round the corner to Choeng Mon beach for you rmassages on the beach and great fresh cheap seafood at the restuarants!

Great hotel, great location for getting away from it all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get away from it all. Not really a swimming beach by the hotel but lots of lovely restaurants and bars along the beach front.

A bit of a lovers retreat, but fantastic place and you feel like royalty.

1) Not enough lighting at room - should add more lamp or lighting 2) Insufficient internet knowledge for staff - spent more than a hour to let us to use the service at room

We were upgraded to a lotus room with private pool. Very very nice ! The hotel is a little out of the way if you want to get to the main tourist areas, but we hired a car which made it about a 15min trip to Chaweng. Parking was available at the resort.The staff were always helpful and english was reasonable. The beach is not the best (rocky) but the water is clean.We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.We only ate one meal at the restaurant (at night) and the food was awsome.

I have spent 6 nice days in this beautiful hotel and I appreciate that it is quiet place and all staffs keep you privacy.

This place was fantastic

The location was terrible if you intend to travel into chaweng (city centre). The hotel charges you THB100/person if you take their hotel bus transfer after 1pm. It'll only drop you off at a certain location, and pick you up from that location (which you will then pay another THB100). And transfer buses only leaves at certain time. Miss it tough luck. Another way to travel is Taxi (which charges you THB300/one way, they'll start at THB400, bargain it down) so if you have a party of 4-5, this is the way to go. Cheapest method, rent a scooter (auto). Charges THB200/day (24hours). THB40/bottle of petrol (1 litre). Last method is the local Pickup Truck service. Charges THB100/person. Every 25-30mins. I would think that staying at a 5-star hotel, the hotel will have the decency to provide free transfer throughout the day... but no... Besides that, my wife and I had an excellent time. Free upgrade of room to a private pool villa. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

The hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was plentiful and varied something there for all tastes. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

lovely hotel, the beach nearby is really nice, one of the nicer beaches on the island without the crowds. the hotel is really great, shuttles to cheweng and back make it easier to get to the action if thats what you want.

A lovely place to relax and watch time go by.

If you can afford to get the Lotus Pool Villa Room then definately do!! The fittings are a little old/tired but the room is huge and absolutely gorgeous! Some reviews complained about the steep hill from the beach to the rooms, but we were halfway back and it was fine. Just thought of it as a great way to work off the buffet breakfast! The beach is great too, much cleaner than some in Lamai, however not deep enough for swimming.

This hotel is very good for honeymooners. We stayed at the Pool Villa sharing the pool with two other rooms but no one really used the pool so it was still pretty private. The private pool was of good size. This is a very good place for honeymooners. Cheap massage is available at your doorstep on the beachside. Hotel shuttle is available to Chaweng Beach for free. However, there is a charge at night time for the shuttle service.

Gorgeous hotel in idyllic setting. Rooms and facilities are excellent.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Absolutely gorgeous view out to the sea, awesome pool facilities, right on the beach with easy access to Jet Ski’s, canoes and wonderful restaurants. Close to Chaweng Beach, about a 10 min motorbike ride. Buffet breakfast each morning was amazing! Very impressive rooms, however could hear considerable amounts of noise from the neighbours.

wonderful resort,friendly staff andhelpful staff, great pool. Little way out of town on steep hill. Ideal for complete relaxing. Taxis available to town though a little pricey

Absolutely perfect hotel!!! Everything was perfect other then one minor thing and that was the shower in our room had very little pressure. Other than that all was fine. Had 2 different gorgeous pools, buggy's to take you from your room to the different facilities within the hotel, hotel had a nice business centre were it overlooked the water with fast internet connection and it also featured a beautiful breakfast. Staff booked a scooter for myself and had it delivered. Hotel was located about 10 minutes form the main strip on the Island. Would definately recommend! 5 Star all the way...
