"Although we enjoyed our stay it started badly with a rude older gentleman on reception. The room we were allocated for 4 adults had a dirty coffee table and on entry appeared to have only a king and single bed. On reporting this we were rudely told there was another bed which was folded into a cupboard - too bad we couldn't see behind walls. Have to say that all other staff members were extremely helpful and made up for bad start." - Anonymous

The apartment had all the things you needed........but would have been better if there was another 'loo' though!! Hotel description:    Quality Hotel Batman's Hill on Collins' reception is in the old State Bank Building on the corner of Collins and Spencer streets. With Club Rooms suitable for the business traveller - king size beds, proper desk with ergonomic chair and bath - to studio, one and two bedroom apartments with modern stainless steel kitchens, separate lounge/dining area, king-split beds and bath - your home away from home. Of course we still have our Standard and Business rooms which are clean, comfortable and affordable. All rooms have broadband Internet access and pay movies.

Getting there: The hotel is located on the corner of Spencer and Collins streets, across from Southern Cross Railway Station, Terminal of the airport transfer Skybus.
Check-in Procedure: When you arrive we will require a credit card imprint for incidentals or a a cash deposit $50.00 if not used it will be refunded to you on depature. Should you room not be ready on arrival we can hold your luggage and after check out as well.
Car parking: Car parking is $18.00 per day and is at a secure parking station one block from the hotel.(3 minute walk.) Pull up at the taxi/luggage drop off zone on Collins Street, ( 20 meters from the Spencer Street intersection.)- The access card is available from reception on check in. Reception will then direct you to the off-site carpark.
Child Policy: Children under 12 years stay free of charge with parents - with existing bedding limit one (1) child.

Cots are available free of charge and must be requested on booking form.
