Quality Hotel Batman's Hill On Collins Melbourne

Good accommodation and excellent location. Room was very comfortable. En-suite had shower only. Not sure if that applies to all rooms. I would be happy to stay there again

This is the second time we have stayed here & each time we have experienced excellent service.It is well positioned & trams,trains & skybus are easily accessible.We will always stay here when we visit Melbourne & recommend it to our friends.

This hotel is centrally located.The room was small but adequare for a couple of nights.It had a very small ensuite. There was not much room to move.We were able to get a later checkout which was appreciated.

The location makes this hotel. Rooms are quite small, an upgrade would be advised. Small bathroom with shower in bath. Comfy bed, flat screen tv. I had a room at back and whilst traffic was not a problem, the a/c units were quite noisy at times. All in all ok if you just want a very basic room, I think next time I'll spend a bit extra somewhere else. Would hate to see two people sharing the rooms!

Standard Room was adequate for our requirements as only really used for sleeping. Service and reception were pleasant and efficient Location is superb. Worth a return visit.

Great location near Southern Cross Station

Good spot, the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and they found us a quiet room at the back as we had requested. It was very cheap considering the time of year (Aus Open Tennis),the quality of the building and the location. We'll keep watching this hotel for good deals and will probably stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here - nice & close to everything ie. DFO, train station, trams, grocery shop, sport facilities. Staff extra helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Will definately stay there again.

A few comments which I think are important. We stayed in apt 57. The bedrooms and lounge room need another downlight in the centre as these rooms were quite dark, even with the other side lights on, etc. The kitchen had absolutely no bench space. Perhaps a fold down table from the wall under the window may be a good idea to compensate for the lack of bench space. There is ample space to do this. The kitchen was well equipped, except there was no chopping board! The bathroom could use a heat lamp. The beds were very comfortable. It suited our needs for the week-end. Thank you.

The staff at Batman's Hill are exceptional - nothing too dificult, all very helpful, cheerful and they make sure all messages delivered. Their service greatly appreciated.

Location was brilliant as we were in Melbourne to watch a soccer game at the Etihad Stadium. Check in and out was a breeze. Only complaint I have is that the double bed provided seemed smaller than standard double beds, resulting in my partner's feet hanging off the bed for the 1 night stay!

Good location close to station and trams, grocery and food outlets very near, Hotel staff very polite, good security, room for 4 excellent, 2 separate bedrooms kitchen dinette etc. Walk to or tram it to centre of city, only 4 blocks. Would stay again.

Great location but rooms facing Spencer street have "The Age" electronic billboard flashing into the room late at night and early in the morning. Also noisy facing the street.
