Getting there:From the M6 South or North West - Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and follow the A38(M). Follow signs to 'City Centre, Bromsgrove. (A38)' Do not take any exit to left. Go over the flyover and through only 1 Queensway tunnel. On leaving the tunnel, indicate left, keep in the nearside lane and drive up the parallel running slip road (Gt. Charles Street) to the Paradise Circus island. Take the 2nd exit (A456 to Kidderminster), drive along Broad Street to the Five Ways island where you use the underpass and we are approximately 0.5 miles further along on the left. From M40 Oxford and South - Arrive on the M42 and travel west towards the M5. Travel north on the M5 leaving at Junction 3.(see below) From M5 South West - Leave the M5 at Junction 3 and travel towards Birmingham City Centre along the A456 (Hagley Road) for 4 miles. We are on the right hand side just past TGI Fridays.

Child Policy:Children under 12yrs stay free when sharing a room with adults and pay for meals seperately. Breakfast charges are as follows: up until 12 years old £4 per child, over 12 year olds £7.95 per child.

Perfect hotel! It is close to center, the stuff is very friendly, the rooms are biiiiiiig, very comfortable and clean. Cuisine is also delicious. Together with low prices it makes Quality Hotel perfect for staying in Birmingham without overpaying.
The accommodation was basic and the kitchen was closed at the time of my visit. However, the cost of the hotel was very reasonable and the location was good.
A first class hotel whose staff were very helpful in meeting the needs of the guests.
The showers leak which is making the carpet wet and smell damp. The net curtains are brown and smell. The rooms are cold. Generally very very smelly and dirty. The sheets on the bed had stains on them.

The service door from the kitchen into the dining room keeps banging - and this happens very often, most annoying andeasily fixed. Cold plates were put out for breakfast both mornings we were there.
Smoking seemed to be a problem - there were non-smoking rooms on corridors where smoking was permitted in other rooms next door, so that the corridors stank. Extremely unpleasant and also not suitable for those who had asked for non-smoking due to allergies. The non-smoking room I was eventually given was on the 5th floor - there is no lift functioning beyond the third floor, so access is by the fire escape stairs, which are grotty and more reminiscent of a high school building than a hotel. The pool was also out of order. Breakfast staff could not keep up with the number of guests and so the buffet was out of many things for long periods.

They couldnt do enough for me. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable.The dinner and breakfast was lovely and very filling.Will be going again.
Excellent location for local attractions and city centre, good quality lounge, reception areas. Dining room excellent, bedroom require some modernisation/update.
About to be refurbished, fridge had been removed from room in preparation.Would have been good to be told that it was undergoing refurbishment when booking!
