"We checked in on time with no hassle. Arrived at our room to find that the door was broken where someone had forced it previously. Room very musty, small and dated. You needed a shoehorn to get in and out of the bathroom. Lots of stag/hen parties here. Breakfast was a write off as there were not enough seats for the amount of paying guests. Requested to wait for nearly 25-30mins, gave up and went elsewhere. Very overpriced, only good thing was the location. Staff were not interested in much of what you had to say unless it was good or easy to deal with. My advice is pay more and stay elsewhere!!!!!!" - Anonymous

Getting there: Follow the A23 in to Brighton and head towards the seafront, at Brighton Pier turn right along the seafront. At the second set of traffic lights turn right in to West Street and the hotel is on the left.
