Very good Will stay here again

Very comfortable stay, room very spacious. Convenient location. Staff extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dunedin.

Small room and decor dated. Service and meal very good. Well done to the staff; they are friendly and very helpful.

arrived about 2hours after checkin. room was still being cleaned and someone was checking the heater. left them to it and arrived back 4 hours later to find the heater wasn't working at all.had to be moved to another room which was very annoying as i was cold and tired.about 1/2 past ten at night i had people outside my room for about an hour talking and laughing didn,t get much sleep that night.iwas booked there for 2 nights but decided in the morning to leave and not bother staying there another night idid not enjoy my stay there and won't be going back

We got the whole package with Quality Hotel Cargills Dunedin from service, facilities to pricing. The gardens were a highlight. They were amazing and must have an exceptinal gardener. We enjoyed wandering around them complete with water feature.

The room was as expected and nice and warm with a good heating system that made the room very toasty warm. Spacious rooms that we stayed in and a nice modern bathroom. Highly reccommend.

Internet expensive for longer stays. Otherwise excellent. Staff very helpful. Food surprisingly very very good - my dinner was the best ive had in 3 weeks in NZ (staying at many hotels). TV signal not great.

The staff are exceptional, we had special requirements for diet and nothing was a problem. Even the every day things like booking in were made a pleasure by helpful staff. Sadly however this was let down by the standard of the rooms. A bit of a revamp is long past due.

Lacked a hairdryer in the bathroom. Otherwise a very satisfactory stay, warm, cosy and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and the garden courtyard in the centre of the rooms was very pleasant. As a female travelling alone I felt very safe there. The restaurant on the premises was very good too - great to be able to get an espresso coffee on site.

A good 3 to 4 star hotel. Good location near the University but not too far from the City centre. Nice big room and pleasent staff.

Continental breakfast was a bit disappointing....no fruit!

We loved our stay at Cargills Dunedin. It was cosy and warm, the staff were friendly and it is close to the main shops!

The entry was very nice but the rooms were a little tired. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.

Service was terrific, great staff.
