"After 25 years of inner city hotels I was looking for something different. (Slow learner?) This hotel is in the middle of a refurbishing programme and only now starting to take in guests. I was the only guest on my first night there. Room was adequate - bed was huge (but surprisingly short). I'm only 1.78m but feet over bottom at one stage. Staff were very helpful at breakfasts. The setting and views are magnificent. looking forward to going back to see if the promise is fulfilled." - John Coppack
"The stay was very well received and food was excellent. The resort has an inadequate method of contacting management staff after hours in case of emergency. The contact ph. nos. in the information supplied in each room was incorrect and did not work for us. It would pay to address this with the management upon arrival to prevent disappointment." - Anonymous
"Location was superb the room was great and the food from the restaurant was beautiful. However we were with a group of 8 people and when we went out for dinner it was very hard to get a drink. The waiter would leave the guys with empty glasses and our bottle of wine remained empty for quite a while. We actually had to ask for drinks including water for most of the night. This was very disapointing as we probably would have spent a fortune on drinks but they were not forthcoming!" - Anonymous
"Exceptional food and good dining service. Extraordinary views. Very relaxing. Beauty/massage services on site. Very country close to city. Enjoyable stay." - Anonymous
