Handy location for NEC, good parking, bar and food only average, good breakfast and should be at £12.50. Generaly this hotel is dated and could do with updating, that having been said I enjoyed a very keen price and as such was satisfied
Dinning is limited but apart from that the hotel is well located for all the midlands moterways, staff are helpful and polite, the rooms large and comfortable, parking is excelent and secure. Not a luxury hotel, but excelent value.
excellent value for money dont expect luxury but adequate rooms. they need updating but fine for an overnight stay
The rooms are very spacious, and the staff friendly,The curry night on Wednesdays is excellant, Many Thanks for a very pleasant stay,
good value -the sauna was being refurbed- shame- refurbished rooms aregood, old ones very sad indeed staff try hard to add value- good choice of beers- good b/fast
I arrived at about 01.30 in the morning and the reception couldn't have been friendlier - even found me a beer. This was good customer service ! Like alot of Quality Hotels, it probably need refurbishing, but was nonetheless clean, comfortable and competitivley priced.
Good hotel and good location. I would stay there again.
Decoration a little threadbare, but a convenient and economical hotel with parking.
