Quality Hotel Leeds Garforth

Great lobby, fantastic restaurant with excellent food, extremely helpful and friendly staff. AWFUL ROOMS. Almost everything in the room was broken to some extent. WiFi only worked close to the lobby and was misconfigured. They have pool and gym which we didn't use but they looked fine. In fact, everything is good except the rooms.

the hotel is well situated in a quiet location. rooms were adequate, beds comfortable, breakfast was a buffet offering all the Full English constituents

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rupert the chef is fantastic and made our meals to request. Home from home.

Bed lovely and clean, very comfy. room very tired in need of refurb, bathroom 'very' tired with no attention to certain areas with cleanliness. I had a sandwhich which was quie tasty and nicely presented.

At breakfast the staff are not very client aware when it comes to removing used items. The swimming pool lockers don't have locks so it was with some trepidation I left anything there (Stuff can be left at reception but it's not as convenient as just being able to lock your stuff) - still, a swimming pool & sauna, tennis courts were bonuses for us! We had a generously sized room and the location was extremely convenient for a course my wife was on. We would have no hesitation staying there again

This hotel is situated in the middle of no where. most of the staff are foreign and are very unhelpfull, with exception of a few. the food in the restaurant was very poor. The gym was very poor.

Breakfast was relatively expensive and poor qual;ity as it was kept on the hot plate for too long. Over cooked sausages and rubbery eggs.

The hotel bedrooms and common areas were fine generally However the 'mini gym' was discraceful, out of the half dozen pieces of equipment only 2 of the pieces worked correctly. It would be better not to have a facility than one which does not work correctly.

Good hotel, good facilities such as a swimming pool and conference rooms. Room we stayed in was OK, although TV was damaged. Breakfast was very good. Drinks expensive, £1.90 for a small bottle of water! Would stay there again.

Overall it is a very good hotel, a little basic and dated in some areas. The food and facilities are good, but it's worth asking for one of the newly fitted bedrooms when booking.

The staff at Quality Selby Hotel were very friendly and effecient. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. However, the dinning room could have been cleaner.
