Quality Hotel Mermaid Waters Gold Coast

We had a great time and the staff were extremely friendly. Facilities wre great - with a bistro and hotel adjoining! Our only criticism was the overprices room service and lack of variety for late night in room dining.

Well positioned and great facilities (currently being upgraded). We experienced a very good time here and would stay again.

Exceeded expectations for a single room, one night stay for AU$79

I have to say that i really only went to this hotel because it was the cheapest at the time, but i am so glad i did because my husband and i and our grandson had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone, definitely value for money

excellent hotel with its value and facility

I booked a cheapy in a location with good parking. What I ended up with was a huge room with lounge. It was way past my expectations. The staff were fab, tolerant and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic value for money. Room showed signs of wear and tear, but was clean and tidy. All facilities were in working order. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Iron was dirty and so was ironing board. Light in room over desk was also not working and was told as it was a Sunday no maintenance could be done until Monday. Did not get a bath mat. Basthroom was dusty on door and hinges and shower had mould on grout. There was only 1 tissue left in the box. No blanket in the room and King size bed was very hard and not comfortable. Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate and fix errors where possible. For a 4.5 * Hotel, thought that the rooms could have been better appointed and cleaned. Location is great as only a few minutes to Pacific Fair & Casino. Good secure parking in a gated area.

exceeded my expectations

My wife and I travel extensively (Aus and OS). Nice clean room and very good value. The Bistro food and room "feel" was also very good. Actually, the hotel was better than what we were expecting. We'd definitely stay again.

Would be better if the Mini Bar in the room was utilised rather than having to order drinks via room service

The hotel is centrally located to shops and other services. It was clean, had a good service and the facilities were reasonable.

We have stayed here many times and the service is always terrific, easy onsite parking (not undercover) and meals at the hotel are amazing, delicious, enormous and well presented. We happily recommend this hotel, probably not so good if you want to be close to the beach but otherwise one of the best value places around. They do run a free bus a few times a day to various locations (we haven't used it).

Good price at $AUS 79 for a quick four star overnight stay. Was pleasantly surprised for that price. Few minutes to the beach by car. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Furnishings reasonably modern. Enjoyable buffet breakfast available. Nice reception staff. Consideration for children and a kids club at the attached restaurant/bar/bottle shop. Few family options for food by foot close by.

Really enjoyed staying here. Convenient location for us. I like the free parking. Would stay here again.

The staff at the Quality Hotel, Mermaid Waters Gold Coast, were exceptionally helpful. Young Spanish receptionists, whose name I do not know gave excellent service. This young receptionist displayed a true servant heart, in that the welfare and the happiness of the customer was her business. Nothing was too hard or difficult. All the staff’s behaviour was such that one could not help but feel welcomed. I do not hesitate to recommend the Hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.
