"Room we stayed in was looking a bit past it's best. Bed was extremely uncomfortable both myself and husband got hardly any sleep and woke up feeling tired/headache and totally un-rested (Pillows were very flat and no spares in the room). The bathroom could def do with a refurb (very dated) but clean. Toiletries very basic/disapointing. Considering it cost the same as a 'Holiday Inn' (def lacking all the little extras). Breakfast was a bit hit and miss (when we arrived halfway thru breakfast service) there were 'No' Eggs/No Coffee/No Pastries and warm yogurt, the cooler cupboard was not on and the fresh fruit salad was plated up in little bowls and brown - very unappetising looking!. Wouldn't bother to stay here again! Not good value for money. PS - we are not fussy people REALLY! " - Anonymous

Hotel description:    The Quality Hotel Norwich is situated close to the A47 Southern Bypass and only 3.5 miles away from Norwich City Centre.

Whether you are on business or holiday, we offer a personal, friendly service and will always endeavour to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
