Quality Hotel Opera Saint-Lazare Paris

Room was cleaned on very different times of the day, from 10 am till 4.30 pm. Can be a little disturbing. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, a heater for boiling eggs was out of order during all 8 days of stay. Staff very friendly and straight forward. Very well located close to 2 Metro stations and shopping areas. Can generally be fully recommended, though a little pricy.

The price I paid was pretty steep, though I was told the higher rate was probably due to the weekend. Breakfast was quite pathetic.

Very friendly service, good place to stay in Paris

We stayed here for the Rugby World Cup Final and managed to find one of the last double rooms available in Paris! I wasn't sure what to expect given that I just had to pick the only room I could find, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is located next to several Metro/RER stations so transport isn't a problem, it was very clean, the staff were friendly, the room (we had one on the top/6th floor) was small but very adequate & clean. Our only gripe was that the hotel bar never seemed to be open!

The room was far too warm, and quite small. But the shower was good, unlike my friend who paid twice as much in a different hotel and had no hot water. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English.

This hotel was exactly as expected. Clean room, nice bath, beds just average. Pleasantly efficient staff, located near metro, train station and major tourist sites.

The hotel had a chic French ambience with particularly friendly and helpful staff.

I was very pleased with the access to the many sites from this location. The area of the hotel was very clean and easy to get around. The room may have been a little small, but that is the European way. The hotel personel were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if and when I go back to Paris.

very good location once get use to the metro. the reception were very helpful in booking trips with parisvision and thier english. glad we had air conditioning in our rooms.

Really good "breakfast"

hotel located close to metro station - so easy communication. Some rooms have funny shapes like our which had 5 m long and 1,5 m wide corridor between the bathroom and bedroom. Anyway - reasonable place to stay.

An all round good experience from this 3 star hotel. well located to the train systems, restaurants and great locations for shopping. The hotel should be at least a 3 and a half star hotel for its standard. No problem recomending this hotel at all.

The staffs of this hotel are so nice and helpful. Although the restaurant is not so big, it looks very warm and nice. Varieties of food for the breakfast are average. It only takes about 3 mins to the hotel from the Europe metro station. The lift of the hotel is a bit small so don't bring large luggage otherwise you can't go in.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, close to main shopping district. Breakfast was great however, it was hard to get a coffee at night but you can find one in the crepe shop across the road. Helpful staff even though my French was bad!!
