Quality Hotel & Suites Airport East Toronto

I found this hotel to be very comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the phone call from hospitality 15 minutes into my stay to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend

Convenient and accessible - but direct phone at Airport wouldn't work so I had to pay for a taxi instead of being able to use free shuttle.

Air conditioning shut off, room was very hot. Staff unable to help.

Good location, only stayed overnight but clean and friendly with well priced food

Shuttle was quick and efficient. They filled up the morning airport shuttle and quickly wisked us away in a private car, their expense. Would stay here again if I find myself needing a hotel near the airport. You can take the bus from the hotel to the subway to downtown - takes less than an hour.

A good overall experience, no hesitation of staying there again. Like the windows that actually open.

Excellent rooms and a really fair price for being so close to airport. Dining room staff very friendly and good food. Front desk excellent. will stay there again

I found hair on the towel...the breakfast was on time but they didnt bring the drinks which were ordered...I will remeber never to order anything for the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. But the hotel had really good customer service.

Slightly further from the airport than expected. Shuttle bus arrived promptly, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good quality and service was fast and polite. Would recommend .

Excellent location for business traveler arriving at Pearson Airport and having to reach various locations around Toronto.

Reception staff not geeting guests in an appropriate manner, they appear that they would prefer that no guests came in, tried to charge $12 per night for a playpen - outragious.

Well located, easy access. Staff is friendly and efficient. For the price it's good value.

Pricing good by Australian standards, rooms of good size and very comfortable. Bar and restaurant open until late, good quality meals available and not expensive. Reasonably convenient to airport - a few kms (which was reason I chose it). Airport shuttle service provided, on time and dropped passengers at terminal and airline departure lounge of choice. Cost of taxi from city train terminal was about $38, arrived late so not sure if public transport possible. Cannot remember if 'Thank you' card provided on arrival.

Very nice affordable hotel. Good location based only on that it's near the highway. Not much to do around the area though.
