Quality Parkland Resort & Conference Centre is just minutes from the town centre on 30 ha of pasture land. The Mudgee area has lots to offer people who wish to escape from the city for the weekend and conference delegates with some leisure time in their agenda. The rooms at Country Comfort Parklands Resort are very spacious and all overlook the beautifully kept rose gardens, lush pastures and lawns of the property. The town of Mudgee is set in the picturesque countryside west of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales. It is an easy, scenic 3.5 hours drive from Sydney. The area is famous for horse breeding and some of the best wine and honey in the country.

Getting there:Mudgee is approximately 3 hours from Sydney vias the Blue Mountains and Lithgow. Once in Mudgee turn right onto Church Street and drive through the town and out over the bridge and we are a kilometre down the road on the left hand side opposite the Mudgee Race Course.

A comfortable, well maintained hotel on attractive grounds and close to town. A bonus to have access to tennis court and pool.

Queen, Single and pull out sofa bed, located near the indoor swimming pool, spa and suana.
No restaurant on the Sun night when we arrived, nor on the Mon morning! Nice decor in room, very spacious, but had to stand on a chair to operate air conditioner as it was the old style mounted on the wall above doorway.
Nice resort with spacious comfortable rooms lovely grounds. Short walk into Mudgee town centre. Ate in the dining room one night we were the only guests. The food was very ordinary I had burnt veg lasagne and my husband the lamb shank which was certainly not lamb. The waitress put our plates on the table then disappeared we had to find the black pepper ourselves. They pushed a particular brand of wine which was very ordinary and very expensive. We suggest you eat in town.
Bathrooms need to be updated - looking a little tired.
we would stay again at this great hotel the pool is a bit run down but still wonderful i would recommend anyone who wants to relax as well as enjoy mudgee try this hotel
This was our first visit to Mudgee and it was all the better for staying at Quality Parklands Resort. Excellent room & facilities with courteous & genuine customer service made our stay very memorable. Hapy hour by the fire was a good way to start the evening.

Not 4.5 star in the sense of plush rooms, bell boy etc. Clean and tidy, I think 4 stars for a B & B, however as implied, there is no exceptional service or grand entry, lobby etc. This is great but its country.... Enjoy… I did….
Mudgee is a beautiful place - we only stopped for one night but check in was quick and easy. The resort is set amongst lush garden areas with water features and great shaded areas. In it's earlier years it would have been fantastic, but is starting to seem a little old - the pool area was in real need of work. The rooms are clean and nice and large. It also has a great 'one stop' bar in which you can sample and purchase wne from a large selction of Mudgee vineyards - fantastic for those not inclined to drive to may different ones .. or with limited time!
The open fire in restaurant was wonderful, as was the food and service.
Reasonable value & has had very good facilities.
I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. THE HOTEL IS CHARMING AND THE LIT ENTRANCE AT NIGHT IS VERY WELCOMING.
Staff were exceedingly helpful in arranging accommodation for an extra night even though the property was heavily booked due to a conference.
