Getting there:From Calgary International Airport, Take the Trans-Canada Highway #1 west 100 kms (60 miles) to Canmore. Highway 1 is an easy, scenic drive along a four lane divided highway. Take the fourth Canmore exit - "Bow Valley Trail". Look for our bright red roof, located on your right at 1720 Bow Valley Trail. Rental cars and/or bus transportation is available directly from the airport. The Rocky Mountain Sky Shuttle provides convenient, reliable, cost efficient transportation between the Calgary International Airport and the Canadian Rockies. Good place for a short weekend, rooms are so-so, but spacious, staff friendly. Location is very good. Would stay again for a special deal but not at rack-rate.
It's a good place to stay. Don't expect too much, you'll be OK.

I only stayed there for a night. The room was pretty clean. However, do expect that it's a bit noisy there(with room window opened) as it is on the main highway. There are plenty of other hotels that are on the same highway as well.

Very close to train tracks. Trains come every hour all night.
I was worried that the train would be a problem but we didn't hear it. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
