"The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The room we were in had an old and faulty air conditioner which was very noisey. A fix was attempted but was not really effective. The staff were happy to change our room if we wanted to which is the main point of the story, the staff were very helpful all along." - Geoffrey Lowe
"The hotel claims to be 4.5 stars, but the room we got was lucky to be 3.5 stars. Perhaps higher quality rooms are offered to those who pay more. We had lots of luggage and were placed on the 1st floor and there was no lift. " - Stephen Ryan
