Getting there:Enter the f3 freeway from the pacific highway and travel north towards the central coast for approximately 40-45 minutes, turn off at the Wyong/The Entrance exit at the top of the ramp, turn right and head over the freeway. Go past Westfields at Tuggerah, you are now on Wyong road. Continue straight, going through many round-a-bouts (approx 17) and turn left onto Entrance Road. and proceed over the bridge to the North Entrance. Continue approximately 4km and turn right (at the top of the hill) into the Magenta Shores site. Proceed through the round-a-bout and park.

A nice new resort next to a beautiful beach with barely a soul on it. The general area is relaxed and pleasant for a quiet few days- although the township at The Entrance doesn't offer a huge amount. We were there just before Easter in the school holidays and it was very quiet. Great place for young families and those who enjoy fishing, beach etc.
We had a lovely time at this resort with our children. There was plenty to keep them occupied: the playground was great, as were the pools and there were nice paths throughout the resort perfect for prams and kids on bikes. We will definitely be going back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Magenta Shores, the kids loved the pools. The facilities were good, and rooms clean - outside wasnt swept so the ants were a bit of a pain! But all in all I would go back for another holiday.
The Quay West Magenta Shores was well above all expectations. Would recommend the resort to anyone.
My partner and i stayed here for this past weekend, the villa we were in was amazing, the bed and pillows provided were the best i had expeirenced in sometime, and i have stayed at a variety of 5 star hotel/ resorts, The staff were extremely friendly and allowed for us to come in 2 hours before check in time and to stay 2 hours after check out time, The price may have been a little steep although well worth it, We will definitely return here, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGENTA SHORES.
The Resort was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and all the facilities were excellent. We would definately stay there again.
The Town-houses don't have DVD players
Exactly what we wanted, close to sydney, modern and was very impressed by the open spa and bathroom to the bedroom
We stayed one night in 3 BR Villa and all of our family (My wife, two kids and myself.) had a very good time. Especialy dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was fabulous!
Very nice and clear,the staff are very kind and helpful. They allow us to take a shower in the indoor sauna even after we check out on a very hot day. But the price a little bit expensive. over all, i like it, will stay there again.
We really enjoyed the stay. usually we are try not to stay at resort type places but this one was great.Especially the location.
