Check-in Procedure:Checkin from 2pm. A credit card pre-auth will be taken on arrival for incidental charges.If you do not have a credit card a $150 refundable cash deposit is needed.If settling your account by credit card a 1.5% surcharge of the total bill will apply
Car parking:Valet parking is available at a flat rate of $30 per night with multiple entries and exits available. Self parking is also available at a daily rate of $25
Child Policy:Children under 12, stay free of chrage using existing bedding, should you require additional bedding a charge would apply
Facilities in the room were ample and clean. But priced too high. Was there for business and only needed a place to rest, thus the apartment and facilities were excessive for me. Would choose only if I were back for a holiday with a family, but not for business again.
Totally amazing experience. I doubt I will ever stay anywhere else when in Brisbane. Facilities are great. The room service and on-site restaurant were fantastic. Staff were friendly and professional.

In a great location overlooking the Botanic Gardens and River and just a short walk to most places in the CBD. Service is friendly and efficient. The place is ageing now and in need of some updating, but still one of the best options for a serviced apartment in the CBD.
Excellent service from friendly staff in an ideal location make this a place to return to.
My wife and I stayed here after a Christmas Party in Brisbane. The hotel was fantastic in all regards and we'll definitely be staying their again.

The only negative I have for this hotel is the breakfast was pretty poor. The hotel itself was lovely and perfect looking over the botanical gardens. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Myself and a colleague stayed for 2 nights in a 2 room suite. The apartment was excellent, very spacious with very good facilities. Large living room, good kitchen and both bedrooms were doubels with one being on-suite. I recommend a view of the gardens and try to get a high floor (+15) for the view. Pool looked good but didn't use it. Close to bars and restaurants, near to south bank and opposite the Botanic Gardens. It is expensive compared to other busienss hotels but with two sharing it was less (individually) than 2 star in Europe. Highly recommended and would stay again.
The appartment is now getting a little dated but still was nice and a great location. It had plenty of room for our 8month old and all the things that that one needs for a baby. The housekeeper was great and tidied without waking a sleeping baby - top marks there.
It was the first time my wife & I have stayed at Quay West but it won't be the last. We were both most impressed at its facilities and location. The staff were both professional and friendly.
The one-bedroom apartments are comfortable, well-equipped and spacious, with large balconies overlooking the river, southern suburbs and the Botanic Gardens. Even on the 19th floor, the traffic noise is quite loud. But the apartments are air-conditioned, so if you do not want any noise then keep the doors closed. Much better than a hotel room.
Location, location! Right on the edge of the CBD, overlooking the botanic gardens and parliament. This is a big suite hotel, with each "room" being in reality a small apartment. You could easily set up house in there. The service was friendly and of a high standard. Our only complaint was the cost of internet connection, which was outrageous - how is it that country town motels can provide free wireless, but big city properties charge ridiculous prices? Otherwise, we highly recommend this property.
I could live here! The suites have everything... a great kitchen, lounge area, laundry room, great sized bathroom and a bedroom large enough to sleep 6 (if you so desired). We were fortunate to be in a room which had it's balcony overlooking the Botanical Gardens and I don't think you could ever get bored of looking over it and beyond to the river and the other half of the city. The Suites are located 5 minutes stroll from the main shopping area and if you're eating out i'm sure you'll be able to find a restraunt or bar to suit your tastes within minutes of leaving the lobby (Try 'Fix'... the best staek I've ever had). I got the impression that some of the floors were having a bit of a spruce up before they got a bit tired looking so it looks like the owners are keen to maintain the high standards which visitors to the Quay West Suites expect. Excellent.
Excellent position, brilliant appartments but the pool was closed for the two days we stayed (with no prior warning) - not good when travelling with 2 small children.
EXCELLENT SIZE SUITE & FACILITIES, NO NOISE POBLEMS. RESTAURANT STAFF ARE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. FOOD IS GOOD. NOT A LARGE MENU IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE A ROOM ON 4TH FLOOR OR PREFERABLY HIGHER THIS WILL GIVE VIEWS OF THE GARDENS AND PERHAPS THE RIVER. WOULD VISIT AGAIN.
love the hotel, love the location, love the balconies and the sense of space. Only place to stay in Brisbane, and I have tried a lot of the others. The team there are on the button, warm, freindly and efficient.
The staff were brilliant. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful and responsive.
Very spacious rooms with great views overlooking gardens. Would definately stay there again.
