Getting there:Southgate Avenue runs off City Road - drive past the IBM & Herald Weekly Times buildings to the very last exit on the left hand side BEFORE you go under St Kilda Road. Watch for the blue/white sign.
Check-in Procedure:Upon arrival, you shall be asked to provide a valid credit card as security against incidental costs. Should you wish to pay by cash, you are required to pay upon check-in a refundable bond of AUD$500.00 and present photograph I.D
Car parking:Valet car-parking is available via our Concierge at a nightly charge (unless it is already included in an advertised package).
Child Policy:Children under 12years of age stay complimentary when using the existing bedding (ie: one sofa bed double in the living room)..max children is 2 under 12yrs of age.

This hotel was wonderfully situated so that we could walk to wherever we wanted to go; the National Gallery, Arts Centre, Southbank and the city. The staff could not have been more accomodating. We have stayed here several times before and will do so again

I LEERVE this hotel! The position is brilliant, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. A great hotel to stay for the Australian Open Tennis as you can catch the water taxi from Southbank each night. A fully equipped kitchen if you need itbut why bother as Southbank is just a step away. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Nice indoor pool and a gym full of the latest gear. Ask for a room on the west side if you want a sunny balcony to sip a champers on.
Excellent position on Southbank, close to the casino. Excellent room, especially if you like a bit more room than your standard hotel room. Would recommend and stay again.

Great stay for my great birthday. I was presented with this hotel room as a gift from my boss for a job well done over the year, and to celebrate it in style. I certainly did. Spent it with my partner and a few friends popped in also. They all loved it. Thank you!
A well presented suite, in a great location. Five star it is. Recommend to anyone that wants to be where the excitement is.
The Suites are very comfortable with the extra room that a normal hotel room does not have. The location couldn't be better. Within walking distance of the main shopping area and the wonderful Southbank restaurants just outside the door. Excellent hotel.
Fantastic location, easy access to the heart of Melbourne and the beautiful parks. The bag in the bathroom with the "forgotton" items was a great idea. Beautiful toweling gowns and slippers for the pool. The staff were very helpful and curteous. Will be back again.
This is the second time we have stayed at The Quay West Suites as we found the location to be excellent and the suites themselves to be roomy, modern and very comfortable. We would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent location on the Yarra River, near restraunts, public transport etc. Well appointed and spacious apartments - staff will even do the weekly shopping if requested. Perfect choice if planning a longer stay.
