Clean and good value for money. Room very small - rather like a student's room. Breakfast good.
Although the front entrance of the building made me think I had made a mistake booking this hotel (the building next to it is in a bad way & so makes the front of the hotel look shabby) I was not disappointed once I got inside. The the facilities, reception and friendliness of the staff more than made up for my initial impressions. Breakasts are good & my room was clean and comfortable.

Good location - subway, buses and restaurant district at short walking distance. Friendly, helpful service.
Good location nice breakfast good value
This was not my first stay at Queen Anne, this is not an outstanding hotel but it got all you need for a great price.
A nice centrally located hotel providing good clean basic facilities without added extras for those requiring a room and toilet/cleaning facilities at an economic price. Would certainly use again without hesitation.
One of the best value hotels I've stayed in while traveling around Europe. Good rooms, good service, decent breakfast. [...]
Good location, compact and clean. Very good and informative front desk staff.
This is a good hotel. The place is spotless and the staff are helpful and multilingual. The breakfast buffet is a definite plus. Please note that the hotel has no A/C so keep this in mind if you arrive in the summer. However there is a large window and the staff can provide you a fan. The rooms are small, about half the size of a US hotel room, but this is adequate for 1 person or a very intimate couple. TV in room provides 21 channels (13 in French and 8 in Dutch). There is no clock in the room.
Internet was very slow in the evening, not even working sometimes, but better early in the next moring. Internet should not be an issue, these days - as important as an open door as you get to the hotel...
This hotel was fine for an overnight stop.Well situated for transport near Gard du Nord, good breakfast. With the price we got on the website ,very satisfactory.
Hotel and service very nice. Location in the center of city. I recommend this hotel.
Very central, clean hotel. Staff were very polite and always willing to help. Room fairly small but ideal for a city break when your hardly within the room. Would definately reccommend this hotel for a short break in Brussels
staff is friendly and helpful. internet is not expensive.
Very nice staff and a perfect location, only 5 minutes walk to the city center.
The hotel is well located in between two metro stations, at walking distance from several attractive parts of Brussels. There is a good breakfast buffet. Rooms are small, but clean. Pricing is attractive for Brussels. We -a senior couple- spent a long weekend in this hotel for the second time and we don't exclude that we will return again.
We booked two twin rooms and found ourself in two double rooms. We were so happy with location (good metro system was part of it) that we didn't mind to pull the beds appart and transform rooms into twins. We enjoyed the small late bar on the ground floor with a few bottles of beer in the evening and a nice breakfast in the morning. We couldn't have asked for more at our special room rate. The hotel is within walking distance to main shopping area and christmas markets.
Queen Anne Hotel Brussels is ordinary three star hotel, with minimum facilities in the room but verynice and helpful reception people. The location is great. Breakfast was very good also. I would stay here again next time I am in Brussles!
The hotel is situated on an extremely noisy boulevard, and I believe the window was not double-glazed. As a result the room was extremely noisy at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Moreover, I was charged €5 for internet (for 48 hours) - though a very low fee, it is nowhere stated that wi-fi intenet is available against payment - even though I have my doubts whether the fee is actually hotel policy or the receptionist rounding off his income. Anyway, in the end, there were some problems with the wi-fi and was refunded the money (which refund came directly from the receptionist's pockets - literally!!!). Re the hotel, it was very clean, with white linen, etc and the breakfast was quite good.
Hotel provided good service internet free and breakfast was substanial. There was traffic noise at night a room away from the front of the hotel would be better. Easy walk to tourist sights and Hop on Hop off bus.
