I was gladly surprised with this hotel because it was very good value for the price I paid. The location was excellent, the room was simple but very clean and tastefully furnished and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay there again.

A little dated but clean. Small for a twin (originally a single room by the size if the headboard on wall), just about 2 feet space around the 2 singles which were pushed together. Bathroom suite old, but clean. Adequate for a nights stay over and at £52 for 2 including breakfast I can't complain, have paid more for a lot less in London!

We stayed in a newly refurbished room that was very nice, although the shower was a bit feeble. Location was excellent and the staff were helpful.

The room was not that big but perfectly functional for what we required. It could do with air conditioning as it was a very warm night. Easy access to Queensway tube station. Good breakfast. Located in a quiet area. If you want reasonable accomodation for a few nights, this is not a bad option.

Not the best hotel in the world, but if you are looking for a cheap hotel with a good base to explore london, then this is good value for your money. The first room we were given was awfull, dark and tiny looking onto the fire escape, the second room although still small was much brighter with views onto the street. The rooms, although clean were in need of a paint job,as was the whole hotel in general, but the painters were there so i think they are trying to improve on this. The breakfast was very good in continental style, and there was plenty to go round. There is no bar at this hotel so dont expect one.I found the staff to be friendly and helpfull. On a whole the hotel was ok,but to be honest more like a bed and breakfast than a 3*hotel,if your happy with no frills then im sure you would be fine at this hotel,if you want something a bit special pay the £100 pounds or more per night and go to somewhere else.
