A very stylish little hotel, well located within walking distance to everything. The little kithenette was very handy. There were lots of luxurious touches like the thick bathrobes (always a comfy addition). The bed was sooo soft, no trouble sleeping on that one. The best was the service...Donna and John were so warm, welcoming and hospitable. This is no "by the numbers operation", we were made to feel very special and individual. Well done and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Queenstown again.
