The staff were fantastic and so helpful, the rooms were excellent, the only downside was that we had units facing the road and it was extremely noisy all night from constant traffic.
Car Park not numbered with your room No. No parking available for me after coming home at 11pm & had to park outside in front of office. Staff very friendly & helpful. Would stay again as long as I was guaranteed car park seeing I paid for it!!!

very noisy as its beside the highway couldnt sleep at all.
I needed a hotel in the west for 1 night only. Quest was only $118 for the night, so I wasn't expecting anything flash. The unit was 2 storey with lounge kitchenette about 7 x 7m with the bedroom& bathroom upstairs. My unit faced the main road and it gets quite noisy from about 6.30am, but I'm an early riser so it didn't bother me. There's a Woolworths about 100m down the road with a couple of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel unless you need to sleep in later than 7.00am.
every thing was to our exepations.
very nice appartments, great stay. only problem is traffic noise at night.
The $10/day extra for car parking was a surprise. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor backing onto the main road. It was very spacious, quiet and pretty clean. Not a large selection of restaurants close by, but a $10 taxi ride to Paramatta solves that problem. Easy access to Homebush, would probably stay there again.
i have to pay for parking
very good accomodation, however next time i would request a room away from the traffic noise.
Very happy with the apartment, only issue was that the bed was quite hard, but Reception advised they are in the process of upgrading the beds
Our room had water damage (still water coming in) when we arrived. Room was changed following morning when personnel was in hotel. Location is a bit cumbersome for going to city. Train station near the hotel is unmanned and trip requires 1 or 2 changes - weekly ticket is almost a must but can only be bought on station with ticket sales. Over a km to Parramatta wharf where you can take a ferry to circular quay/darling harbour. This was our major way to go to city and buying weekly ticket allowed us to go Manly by changing ferries in circular quay - two hour trip in both directions though! We learned a lot of Sydney ferries in this week.
Good rooms, staff friendly enough and for a two bedroomed apartment value was ok. However, traffic noise quite bad (from our apartment at least), located some distance from Parramatta CBD and faciities on the complex limited.
The one bedroom loft apartment we stayed in was extremely noisy and we have never stayed in a noisier apartment. An experience i wouldnt want to repeat. As the room was facing the busy james rouse drive, traffic was relentless and would suggest double glazing essential, or otherwise council requirement for this situation. Drove six hours to get 2 hours sleep was not in our opinion value for money!
We stayed in the 3 bedroom appartment. Was excellent for a family or even 2. Had 2 queen beds in seperate rooms and 2 singles in another room, 2 bathrooms and toilets and kitchen facilities. Nice and clean - our room was on the side away from James Ruse Drive so was perfectly fine in terms of traffic noise - not an issue. Plenty of space for kids to spread out - not a pokey hotel room. Kitchen facilities included all pots pans etc necessary. Good place if you need to stay near Parramatta area.
Warm welcome from the reception and convenient daily service to keep the room nice and clean. A small shopping centre is located around the corner and Paramatta train station and shopping centre is just a 15-min walk. Would be better if spa is offered.
Suites are wonderfully equipped but those that front James Ruse Drive are VERY NOISY.
Overall, the service was good and room was very comfortable. Highly recommend.
road noise bad.alarm not responded to by fire dept or staff very very Dangerous.
Was an excellent place, and we would definately go back there if the requirement comes up. However, it was an apartment with a stove, oven etc, but only one pot the size of a breakfast bowl to cook with so we had to eat out. Also for those that don't like the sound of traffic when you're sleeping, this is not for you. Thanks to all there, we had a great night there!!
Pleasant place to stay no complaints, central to what I needed, would stay again
