Tidy, clean facility with plenty of space. Great location. Had everything a family/couple would need for a self-catering holiday. Thanks for a great stay.

very pleasant with helpful and courteous staff. felt it was a bit over priced given the room size, no elevator. unfortunately, we shared a patio with the person next door. he smoked and we had to close our patio door and could not use the area.

Close proximity to the airport, convenient for early flights. No elevators in the property. Rooms were clean and acceptable.

Great service, very friendly, great accomm. The only downside is you share a balcony with the room next to yours but on the upside it's a great opportunity to meet some nice people. Would def stay here again.

Need better beds in Hotel. We woke up with sore backs. Need more support - not cheap furniture.

In our room we could not turn on the Air con or other appliances as there was no power only for lights (and no it wasnt the key). Unfortunately I did not get a chance to tell the reception as I had to leave early. Other than this the room and service was fine. Thanks

Arrived for stopover at Brisbane aiport. Arrived late and couldn't get anything to eat as midweek local restaurants seems to close about 9.30pm and airport cafes very closed. Traffic noise after 6am as near road. OK for stopover.

Excellent Excellent Excellent !! I have found my home away from home (for business). Very friendly, clean, and helpful. And a great location, near the airport and only a 5 minute walk to Racecourse Road. Easy to get onto the Gateway Motorway and into the city. And close to the airport!

This is more of a motel than a hotel or apartments. Gym is a rowing machine and bike. Pool is smaller than mine at home. TV reception not real flash. No wireless inet. Is close to good cafes. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel near the airport

Great facilities, clean, comfortable modest rooms. Great pool and close to Racecourse Road Ascot for great dining. Being a mere 15 minutes from the airport and city is very handy.

Service was good, room was nice but the bathroom is in need of a face lift.

The customer service was the best and I have managed hotels and stayed at many. Milliam went out of his way to help out.

Great to see that you have water saving shower heads! The one disappointment was the smell of cigarette smoke very evident downstairs as we came in, and even evident upstairs in the room, throughout the night. It must be difficult to police the smokers!
