We enjoyed ou stay at your Apartment as far as the facilities are concerned and the friendliness of the staff was great, especially the young lady that was on duty on Saturday when we arrived (4ht) and Sunday morning when we left. Thought the breakfast supplies in the room were great. Only problem we had was we had a studio unit on Queen St side, and across the road was a nightclub that went until 4am with screaming females. If you are there at weekend ask for a room away from Queen Street
Very efficient, clean and friendly. An enjoyable stay AAA+++

Quest Auckland Apartments is starting to look a bit tired. We stayed at another Quest location the previous night and there was a big difference in the 2 properties. The upper part of Queen St is not a good location. So while we received value for what we paid we wouldn't stay in this Quest again. We would pay the extra cost to stay in a better Quest property. You get what you pay for.
Very noisy end of town, good service and facilities and if it were not for the noise that prevented a good nights sleep, I would recommend.
excellent value for money and perfectly situated
Excellent place to stay in Auckland. Central so that you can walk where you want to in the city. Breakfast (continental) is very comprehensive and included in price. Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Good room size. parking, friendly staff and good restaurant meal.
Great location, and surpringly quiet even facing Queen Street. Basement carparking access is terrible with anything but a small car - but who needs a car. The LINK bus goes past the door and will take you to Newmarket or Ponsonby for $1.60.
Very Friendly efficient staff
The staff at reception was unhelpful.I had a problem with parking even though I had booked it.The room still had beer bottles ont he balcony. I was really disappointed with my stay.
Great 2 bed apartment with dishwasher, sky, microwave etc. Great location for city events and free parking a bonus.
Excellent value for money with carparking and breakfast included. Location is great too with shops and concert venues very close by.
Good value for location and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.
The hotel was fine for the most part (great option to have Internet via a data port in the room although it costs $15/day NZD) but I REALLY recommend getting a room facing the park and NOT Queen Street (unless you don't want a good night's rest :) )
Excellent service.
Design of joining apartments has been very well thought out and well equipped. The location is rather noisy and good restaurants are hard to find. Also Queen Street is quite a hike from the waterfront and pushing a wheelchair up the hill will get the blood pumping.
This hotel is reasonably priced, in a great location, is clean, and has everything you need from a good quality, basic hotel.
Comfortable apartments for a stay in the city - near to everything. Free parking is a bonus !! Good value for money. Will definately stay there again
The hotel was perfectly adequate, with some nice touches including breakfast foods provided. The restaurant was a big disappointment, poor service, unreasonable time delay's despite being the only patrons there, and average food served sullenly, in very inconspicuous amounts. This was the only low point of our visit, we would stay at the Quest again, but would not recommend the house restaurant.
We would stay here again. The location is excellent.
