A choice of breakfast packs is also available for guests to enjoy in the comfort of their own apartment. Getting there:When in Ballarat, follow all signs leading to Sovereign Hill. Quest Ballarat Mews is located between Dohertys Ballarat Lodge and the APCO Service Station on Main Rd (Geelong Rd) .... approximately 200 metres from the turnoff leading to the entrance of Sovereign Hill.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is located in Apartment #9. Reception hours are 8.00am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri,9.00am - 5.00pm Sat,as required Sun. If you are arriving outside these times please contact the manager to arrange check-in.If Reception is unattended upon arrival during these times, please use the phones located in the courtyard entrances to contact the Manager directly.
Car parking:Complimentary off-street undercover carparking is available.
Child Policy:A maximum of one extra guest may be accommodated in 2 bedroom type only at an additional cost of $30.00 per night. Port-a-cots are available upon request free of charge.

Needs a makeover ...no dishwasher was a bit odd, heaters didn't warm us up but other wise a nice area to stay at
Great place to stay if cooking own meals and they have full kitchen facilities. Also short drive to supermarket and places to eat which makes it good for families.
Great Location - close to Sovereign Hill and restaurants. Nice 2bd apartments with all amenities. Pity no pool, games room, extra facilities to keep the kids happy. 8 / 10.

The place is really just across the sovereign hill. Nice place. Quiet and comfy. Will stay there again and highly recommended!
The manager was unavailable during reception hours. It was 10 degrees and we were left standing outside in the cold! We were finally told, by telephone, our room was open and the key was in the drawer in the desk. We saw no one until we checked out the following morning. Reception is not open normally on Sunday. Could not give us directions or information to find something locally. Very poor customer service, in my opinion.
A very nice appartment that would suite families well. Just across the road from Sovereign Hill. ideally located for anyone visiting Ballarat.
This is an extremely charming place to stay, more like a townhouse than an apartment. It is in the country so only a short drive to town. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending it as a delightful stopover and would certainly stay there on my next visit to Ballarat.
Convenient location, excellent rooms but found the air conditioning was not as effective as needed for Ballarat in winter!
Would be a good place to stay as a family if visiting Soveriegn Hill (which is just up the road). A bit tired and dated.
Nice well presented room. Some of the amenities needed minor repair such as loose screws in the banister on the stairs but overall very good.

The apartments were spacious and clean. The facilities in the apartments were excellent and rhe two storey layout enhanced the feeling of spaciousness The closeness to Sovereign Hill Theme Park makes them ideal for families wishing to visit this event
This was a return visit for us. Having stayed here last year, we were delighted to return again to lovely clean and well equiped apartments. It will be a pleasure to stay there again on our next visit.
Excellent postion to visit Sovereign Hill. Perfect location and facilities for family accomodation. Private with no worries for carparking. Would certainly if visiting Ballarat re-visit.
