Getting there:From the airport, follow the signs to the Eastern Distributor (Freeway). Take the Harbour Bridge Tunnel and follow the signs to Epping/North Ryde via Epping road and the M2 Motorway (Toll). From the M2, take the Windsor Road Exit to Baulkham Hills turning right at the traffic lights. Follow Windsor Road for approximately 5 kms. Turn right onto Victoria Avenue and then left at the roundabout onto Gladstone Road. Quest Castle Hill is on the left hand side.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open from 7am-11pm. Both early and late check-ins are available on request (subject to availability and additional charges may apply). An onsite manager is also available after hours for guest security.
Car parking:Complimentary onsite parking is provided in our secure undercover car park.
Child Policy:Children are welcome at Quest Castle Hill and extra guests can be accommodated in either a sofa bed or rollaway. A $30 charge per person applies and is payable direct to the hotel. Extra bedding must be requested at the time of booking and we will call you directly to confirm arrangements.
Very happy with all of the apartment offered
Good clean units with cheerful staff. Location was good - close to shops etc but outlook pretty aweful - in the middle of an inductrial estate so the views were warehouse doors. But not an issue as we were only there to sleep. Would stay there again if required.

Great apartment, clean and tidy with everything you need.
I found that the staff were exceptional!! they tried very hard to make my stay as comfortable as possible (as I came on Business and had the flu).
Strange location smack bang in an industrial area, but that said, we needed something cheap and clean and this was great. If we were going to Castle Hill for a specific purpose will stay there again.
The Quest Castle Hill is a good hotel with two buts: The hotel is in an industrial park. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was some kilometres drive to the nearest restaurant. In addition, our room urgently needed maintenance. Eg the shower screen collapsed and had been previously badly repaired. With these two exceptions it is a good hotel. We would stay there again.

Only one airconditioner in the living area, bedroom was very stuffy.
This is a great serviced apartment, the only problem is that is located very far from the Sydney City. If you have a car, is not a problem, but not my case. Anyway you will be close to many shopping center. Good internet connectivity. Close to Hertz.
I enjoyed my short sleep over with [this hotel] and I am only disapointed that I could not take more time to enjoy the room but in particular the other facilities.
My stay was excellent! The apartment was fantastic. If i had to go to Castle Hill again i would definetely stay here.
