The location and staff were excellent! Normal rate is a little overpriced but we got a good deal with [this website] so excellent value for money!

This is a very good, stock standard apartment accommodation option. Excellent spot and extremely quiet which is unusual for this area. One thing I would point out is that the bathroom had no fan in it which meant everything steamed up very easily, and the hairdryer was pretty ineffective. Otherwise, all good.
Stayed here on a Friday night in February 09. Hotel is an Art Deco building converted to serviced apartments. Service was fine and room we had (studio) was quite large with all required amenities. Location is great, right in the middle of the city. Would recommend staying here.
Small rooms but price and location are the key to this 'hotel' The rooms have a lcd tv and all mod cons but no sofa and the air con is useless. The bathrooms are ok, small bath with shower overhead. The room we stayed in was noisy from other guests adjoining us but overall it was ok for the money.
Our room was ready early Saturday morning when we arrived from interstate which was a bonus. Very good location for Atheneum and Regent theatres.

Well located for the city or a quick tram to Carlton, Fitsroy or St Kilda. Thought it would be noisy when we first saw location but pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again.

Reception staff who claim to be managers were rude and confrontational when they failed to arrange the extra bed requsted, eventually they managed to make other arrangements but only because I was insistant. I don't think I have ever had a member of staff anywhere be quite so rude to me in all my years of staying in hotels. Wont be using this group again, which is a shame because the facilites are very good.
A little hard to find signage quite small. AT the right end of Melbourne to what we wanted close to transport and theaters. Pleasant staff. Apartments are a great way to stay. Heavier or darker curtins would have been better. Would stay again at the right price.
Awesome hotel for the money we paid. A 1 bed apartment in the best part of cbd. Recently undergone major renovations and lookds great. Very quiet and a no party room policy ensures no rooms are full of drunk teenagers etc. Highly recommended. Looks over to the Westin. Why spend over $350 at the Westin. Save yourself over $200 and go spend it in Myer...
Hotel in a great position and lovely rooms. Only a short walk to everything in the city centre. Bit of a walk to car park in the rain was only short fall.
