Getting there:Off the Princes Highway into the Kingsway, follow to the end. Blue Train Line from Central to Cronulla.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open between 0700 & 2300. Late check-ins can access the resident manager via the intercom at the front door of Reception. Check in time guaranteed from 1400. Check out time is 1000.
Car parking:The entrance to the car park is on Elouera Rd next to Northies Tavern. Proceed down the driveway to the underground car park and ensure to park on the bottom Level (B). There are two elevators in the middle of the basement car park with a sign to the left of these elevators instructing Quest Guests how to access Reception via an intercom system for access into the building.
Child Policy:Free if sharing bed with parents. Cot $5 p/n or $25 per week. Rollaway bed $50 p/n.
Needing to rest after surgery we requested an early checkin and with that were offered a suite on a quiet floor and an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and officiant. Clean suite well appointed.
Was surprised at just how nice the Quest Cronulla was - lovely light decor in the rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, great location - would highly recommend.

The service was cold and unprofessional for the price.
It can be noisy if you chose an apartment above the cronulla hotel if of an older generation and like the quite times.
The room was run down, ie holes in carpet and bathroom was dated. The pricing would indicate a far better standard for the room. Plus our room was almost on the street, the noise was terrible. Won''t be staying there again, very disappointing.
air conditioning switched off after 10 min of operation. tried to alter but unable, annoying on a hot night.
the service was great and the place was really good and clean.prices could be cheaper though.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Quest at Cronulla we received a beautful breakfast basket and late check out which was a big bonus, I recommend anyone wanting to stay some nice and worth while to check out the Quest at Cronulla.
