Check-in Procedure:Check in time is after 2pm daily. Reception will be closed @11pm and re-open 7am. If you are arriving after 11pm, please contact the hotel directly to arrange.
Car parking:Ample free car parking is available on site.

The front desk girls went beyond reasonable efforts to assist us in a very last minute stay and then an extension of our stay! They are a credit to the industry and the whole complex is how a hotel/apartment should be run! Well done!
Not much point of having a TV in the bedroom if it can not be turned on. Staff were informed on Friday that the only way to turn it on was by remote & it was missing. Saturday we were told they were looking in to it, but when we checkeckout on Sunday they didn't seem to know about it.

Only stayed for 1 night but I was extremely happy with the room and facilities and would definatly stay again

Staff were very easy to get on with and as this was our second stay we can confirm that the standard is still very high.

A conveniently located and easily accessible Hotel. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and exceptionaly functional for the average family of 2 kids. A pleasure to stay here and we will do so again.
The 1-bedroom apartment we stayed in was excellent! It's nice and cosy and very clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful in our enquiries. It was very near city as well so travelling wasn't such a hassle. Would definitely stay there again!
