Quest Hero is brilliant! Central to Melbourne City for a great price. We were pleasantly surprised that a hotel room at the price that it was was so great. The room was clean and new. Had no reason to be disappointed at all.

Location of this hotel is great. The apartment was spacious and functional and the service was superb. would stay here again.
Very convenient location. Walk to the Bourke street mall and China town. The car park of the apartment is a bit hard to find, it is located on Lt Collin Street. And the drive way of the car park is very narrow, and very tight for a full size sedan to turn in the car park. Other than that, every thing is perfect.
The two bedroom apartment was roomy and more than comfortable.

Excellent value for a CBD apartment, modern fitout in a quiet street (except for street cleaners in the morning) and handy for train/tram and shops.
Something that I think would be useful would be a mirror in each bedroom as there was only one and that was in the bathroom/laundry. Otherwise it was a great apartment.
The accomodation matched the internet image and listed facilities. I would stay there again when I am next in Melbourne!
Cable TV would of been good. Our apartment was very well appointed and clean, great location. The hotel hallways needed painting. Our family would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend the Hero On Russell to others.
We received wonderful service. The rooms were clean and modern.
Great Location and price but they got very angry with us for asking for frech towels every day. Apart from that thogh I'd recomend it to anyone looking for decent accomodation in the heart of the city wihout breaking ther bank. I'd stay again

WOW, what a great place to stay! Location and the overall chic feel to the apartment made me feel like I could live here forever. Great helpful staff, super clean, DVD, stereo, fully equipped - they have really thought of everything - even washing powder for the machine. Well done Quest and next time I am in Melbourne or anywhere they have a Quest hotel I will be staying with them!!

Recently renovated - very nice clean motel. Perfect location not too far from shops and footy etc.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location in central Melbourne CBD. Great facilites and staff went extra mile to set up room early for us after a long journey, with baby.
