Quest Mascot At Sydney Airport

"Hotel in narrow street, access not easy to get into with car. Car park too small and tight fit for car, would hate to have big car. On arrival, having booked room thru online service, was told that would have to pay for third person, despite this being part of the online booking. When refused as had already paid was then told that the sofa bed in lounge was not made up -I then asked where they expected the third person to sleep - most confusing. By this time very annoyed. However chap in charge of desk redeemed himself by bringing up bedding and unlocking the sofa bed. Would probably stay again but there are better places more easily accessible and just as reasonably priced. " - Sharron Rea
