Quest On Bourke Serviced Apartments Melbourne

A nice spot very central to Melbourne's cbd.

The hotel is in a excellent location, within easy walking distance to shopping and theatres. Transport is also right on the doorstep. I would defin stay at the Quest on Bourke again.

A pleasant surprise - great location, just two blocks from the Bourke St Mall and right at the center of the CBD. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside was a nice 2-bedroom apartment with an enormous bathroom (althought 2 small ones would have been fine, too), a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and free laundry right in our own room. The only hassle was the fact that a room key must be plugged in to the receptacle on the wall in order for the lights or A/C to run. We had to ask for an extra key to be made in order for one member of our family to stay in the room while others explored the town with keys in our pockets. If you make reservations directly, ask for a room further away from the elevators -- although located around the corner, we could hear the machinery clearly from our bedroom. We would stay here again!

This was a very last minute booking and we were most impressed with the appartment we had, it was very roomy. The breakfast provisions were basic, but very generous and fresh. We would definitely stay again. We only stayed 2 nights, but the facilities for cooking and washing were so great we could have spent a week.

* The car park is a real hassle - It's located about 4 buildings apart - carrying heavy luggages from car park to the hotel is a real convenience. * The gym was a bit dingy & consists of cheap treadmill. when the wind blows, the gym door rattled - creating scary sounds at night. Other than that, the staff tried to accomodate us well..

My wife and I both enjoyed a wonderful weekend away in Melbourne. The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitations in recommending anyone to stay.

Perfect central location on tram route. Shopping, supermarket and excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

This one's in a great location to Chinatown and many of Melbourne's finest restaurants and nightclubs. Near the corner of Russell Street with a tram stop out the front and walking distance to Museum station. The apartments are quite spacious with high ceilings and can accomodate 3 comfortably with a 4th on the couch. Kitchen had everything needed, dishwasher, oven etc. Washer and dryer in bathroom with large spa bath. Overall great stay, standard cleanliness and receptive staff.

I was upgraded to an excellent, light apartment on the top floor, so the above assessment may not be representative of all the rooms at the property. However, the quality of the kitchen and the cooking equipment supplied was particularly good.

Stayed in one bedroom deluxe apartment on the 6. Had a huge corner spa and floor to ceiling windows - fantastic view.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. The spa was the best feature. The staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definately stay at Quest on Bourke Serviced Apartments again.

We had to change our booking arrangements at the last minute, and they made every effort to accommodate our two children by upsizing our room - not only that, but also keeping to the original deal and only paying the difference - thank you so much for your help :) Would recommend to anyone staying in the area - great location

A great place to stay. Very spacious, with a spa bath too! Would be ideal for a longer stay in Melbourne as there are kitchen facilities. Perfect location - minutes to practically everywhere. I would definitely stay at Quest on Bourke Serviced Apartments again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the in-room spa facility, something many Melbourne hotels don't provide.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Quest on Bourke. It is a pity more apartments and hotels don't offer what these do. Security was terrific, the set up was comfortable and it had everything you needed. A spa in every apartment, beautiful! I would stay away more often if more places offered this quality of accommodation - we'll be back!!!
