Getting there:Access to the property is easy by road (3km from city). By tram on either Chapel Street and Toorak Road. 400m from Sth Yarra station make for a easy to get to destination.
Check-in Procedure:Check in time is normally 2pm. Should you be due to arrive at the hotel in the morning (before 7am), or after 11pm, please contact our reception desk to confirm check in arrangements. Credit card details are required to secure a booking. A Credit Card Pre-auth of $300 is required on arrival or $500 cash bond. Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
Car parking:On and offsite secure car parking, subject to availability, at $20.00 per day or $100.00 per week.

Great location on Chapel St and close to sporting arenas. We upgraded to an executive one bedroom apartment, very roomy. Will definately stay here again when visiting Melbourne.
Fabulous location, apartment has everything you need. Big supermarket across the road. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Will return in the near future!!!

All 2 bedroom stylish apartments have balconies with views of the city skyline! Each apartment has a Stainless steel cooking Range, all cookware and a family size fridge. A Queen size bedroom and separate twin bedroom.
Unfortunately at the moment there is a major upgrade to water underway in Chapel Street which made it noisy even through the night. The new shopping centre just opened over the road is a real treat.
Excellent Serviced Apartment in a good location, there is a lot of construction currently been untaken in the vicinity of Quest however the room is well sound proofed so didn't impact on stay.
Was moved to Quest South Yarra. Did not stay at Quest on Chapel.
Excellent service, location & overall satisfaction during our stay. It is always a big part of enjoying a trip away when the accomodation is comfortable & the service is excellent....would definitely stay there again

Exactly suited my needs for a 4 night stay in an area I am familiar with.
The location was perfect.
Good size rooms if you are staying more than one night. The laundry is handy and generally the rooms have spacious light feel to them.

Fast Internet would be a good addition. I would be prepared to pay extra for this. Australian hotels do not regularly offer this as much as the rest of the world.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. Vehicle was parked in a secure area. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. All faclities in suite were first class.
