"Location: quite hard to find we used a GPS it has a tiny narrow entrance way. We stayed in the penthouse 15th floor but, after entering the room you go down a stairway to get to the rooms which made me think it was more like the 14th floor.Hotel has a no smoking policy and yet someone on our floor was, we mentioned this to reception. Room is very small. Housecleaning didin't make beds or replenish coffee tea facilities. Mini bar was very sparce and the breakfast pack toast was stale. Shower door is on rollers and needs changing as I caught my fingers in it trying to close and open. Room decor nice and view of sky tower was great. " - Anonymous

"I have stayed a few times now and it is very good value for money and walking distance to major places of interest. Little things like electric blanket not working and no can opener are irritating which shows that housestaff need to do better checking. Plus my last stay I had a light switch in the bathroom that was very dodgy and looked like it had been like that for some time.
