Quest On Cintra Lane Auckland

A hotel which provides all the facilities, is very close to the CBD and affordable. We will certainly stay in this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely welcome from the front desk, we got upgraded because the Studio Apartment we booked was not available. so really can't complain.

Will definitely be staying here again at the [website]rate. Was exacty what we needed, was great to have cooking facilities, and a really good sized room. Would be nice if there was more cutlery, and more cooking utensils, and we also were not given an dishwashing liquid - some of the dishes and mugs in the cupboard were a little dirty. Appreciated the small private balcony.

Was difficult to find but the view from the room was excellant. Found staff friendly and helpful. The room was fine had everything that one needed. Find the oven tray and wine glasses dirty apart from that everything else was fine.

Clean, nice looking,fiendly staff.Ensuite bathroom makes it tricky when sharing .

Dishes were a bit dirty in the cupboard. Left in hotel feedback for them.

I have stayed a few times now and it is very good value for money and walking distance to major places of interest. Little things like electric blanket not working and no can opener are irritating which shows that housestaff need to do better checking. Plus my last stay I had a light switch in the bathroom that was very dodgy and looked like it had been like that for some time. But as a good value place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, however,the staff were able to rectify this problem. Also some maintenance need doing. Curtain track has come loose. Shower nozzle loose. Otherwise all was great.

Very nice apartments,new and well maintained. Not alot of parking spaces, but easy walk to Auckland City.

Reasonable and quiet

This hotel is not as good as the hotel itself describes. It's dated and requires a total revamp of the rooms. However, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good for central Auckland. On the upper floors the views of the city are good. Parking can be a problem, book first if you require a car park space. The reception area should be manned and open longer than it is, closing at 7pm seems ridiculous for a busy city centre hotel.

This hotel is located at the end of Auckland CBD. The staff that we were dealing with was not helpful.

No rooms available for meetings. No broadband in room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location a little hard to find, tucked away in a lane, which in turn is off a side street. My room was excellent, with sun and a nice view (on the 10th floor) but lower level rooms may only get a view of the other high-rise buildings clustered about the hotel.

It says it's a service apartment, but I never got any service at all. After I checked in, I was informed they'll make up the room on weekly basis, but I only stayed there for 3 nights from Tue to Thurs. During my 3 night stay, I had never seen any maid come to make up my room. I requested to replenish dish-washing detergent(because I want to do my cooking) and shampoo/bath gel at the reception. My request was accepted but no one take any action. (consider this is a special request) The car park is always full. There are about 15 free guest parking outside the apartment but only 8 of them can be used (the others are locked up even they're vacant). I talked to the reception and they asked me to park at the basedment level 2 with a fee of NZ$15. Consider this apartment only if you do not need any service and do not have a car with you.

Nice apartment, close to the city and so walking was the best option, only thing was that the apartments has no airconditioning and might be uncomfortable during the hot months

Good central location, lovely views

Had arranged to check in at 2:00pm as advertised but room was not available (still being serviced) so we had to wait 15-20 minutes. This caused us an inconvenience.
